Abstract

The invention provides novel 1-heteroaryl-3-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hexanes, and related processes and intermediates for preparing these compounds, as well as compositions and methods employing these compounds for the treatment and/or prevention of central nervous system (CNS) disorders, including but not limited to depression and anxiety.

21 . A pharmaceutical composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a compound according to claim 5 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or vehicle therefore.

22 . A pharmaceutical composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a compound according to claim 7 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or vehicle therefore.

23 . A pharmaceutical composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a compound according to claim 9 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or vehicle therefore.

24 . A pharmaceutical composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a compound according to claim 11 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or vehicle therefore.

25 . A pharmaceutical composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a compound according to claim 13 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or vehicle therefore.

26 . A pharmaceutical composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a compound according to claim 15 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or vehicle therefore.

27 . A pharmaceutical composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a compound according to claim 17 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or vehicle therefore.

28 . A pharmaceutical composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a compound according to claim 19 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or vehicle therefore.

29 . An isolated (+) enantiomer of the compound of claim 1 substantially free of its corresponding (−) enantiomer.

30 . An isolated (−) enantiomer of the compound of claim 1 substantially free of its corresponding (+) enantiomer.
