Abstract

A nucleic acid encodes a novel fusion protein. The fusion protein contains a cysteinized variant of an RNase disclosed in U.S. Pat. No. 6,239,257 B1.

Claims (2)

1. An isolated gene that encodes a fusion protein having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 70.

2. A vector containing the DNA of SEQ ID NO: 71 encoding the ribonuclease of SEQ ID NO: 70.
