Abstract

A method of transmitting scheduling information in time-division-duplex (TDD) system is provided. The method comprises configuring a radio frame, the radio frame comprising at least one downlink subframe and at least one uplink subframe, wherein a downlink subframe is reserved for downlink transmission and an uplink subframe is reserved for uplink transmission, and transmitting scheduling information on a downlink control channel in a downlink subframe, the scheduling information comprising an uplink indicator and uplink resource assignment, the uplink indicator indicating which at least one uplink subframe the uplink resource assignment is valid for. Data can be efficiently transmitted by using an uplink indicator which indicates a specific location of a subframe.

Claims (227)

1. A method of performing hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) by a user equipment in a time-division-duplex (TDD) mobile communication system, the method comprising:

receiving configuration information of a radio frame from a base station, the configuration information indicating which subframe in the radio frame is reserved for uplink or downlink;

receiving data over a plurality of downlink sub frames from the base station;

detecting an error from the received data; and

transmitting an acknowledgement/non-acknowledgement (ACK/NACK) signal corresponding to the detection of an error from the data received over an uplink subframe to the base station, the uplink subframe being configured by the configuration information,

wherein the radio frame is configured by the table as follows:

wherein ‘D’ denotes a downlink subframe, ‘U’ denotes a uplink subframe, and ‘S’ denotes a special subframe.

2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of downlink subframes is consecutive to each other.

3. The method of claim 1 , wherein the radio frame includes a plurality of downlink subframes and at least one uplink subframe.

4. The method of claim 3 , wherein the number of the plurality of downlink subframes is larger than the number of the at least one uplink subframe.

5. The method of claim 1 , wherein the data is received using a radio resource assigned by a grant, the grant being transmitted on a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH).

6. A method of transmitting data by a base station in a time-division-duplex (TDD) mobile communication system, the method comprising:

transmitting configuration information of the radio frame to a user equipment base station;

transmitting data over a plurality of downlink subframes to the user equipment; and

receiving an acknowledgement/non-acknowledgement (ACK/NACK) signal over an uplink subframe from the user equipment, the uplink subframe being configured by the configuration information, the ACK/NACK signal indicating whether the user equipment successfully received the transmitted data from the base station or not,

wherein the radio frame is configured by the table as follows:

wherein ‘D’ denotes a downlink subframe, ‘U’ denotes a uplink subframe, and ‘S’ denotes a special subframe.

7. The method of claim 6 , wherein the plurality of downlink subframes is consecutive each other.

8. The method of claim 6 , further comprising transmitting new data to the user equipment.

9. The method of claim 6 , further comprising retransmitting the data to the user equipment.

10. The method of claim 6 , wherein the radio frame includes a plurality of downlink subframes and at least one uplink subframe.

11. The method of claim 10 , wherein the number of the plurality of downlink subframes is larger than the number of the at least one uplink subframe.
