METHODS OF USE
A method of treating a disorder such as rheumatoid arthritis or multiple sclerosis in a subject is carried out by administering to the subject a composition comprising a modulator compound of Th1 differentiation or Th17 expansion.
1 . A method of treating rheumatoid arthritis in a subject, comprising the step of administering to the subject a composition comprising a modulator compound of Th1 differentiation or Th17 expansion.
2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein said modulator compound is a compound of the formula:
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

6 . A method of treating multiple sclerosis in a subject, comprising the step of administering to the subject a composition comprising a modulator compound of Th1 differentiation or Th17 expansion.
