A new and distinct cultivar of Lagerstroemia plant named ‘PIILAG-II’, characterized by its compact, rounded growth habit, reddish new growth and dark green foliage in summer, neon-rose flowers, and resistance to powdery mildew and Cercospora leaf spot.
