PARTITION MOUNTING SYSTEMS, PARTITION ASSEMBLY KITS, DOUBLE-SIDED ADHESIVE TAPE AND METHODS OF INSTALLATION AND APPLICATION
A partition assembly kit including a receptacle, a sheet of material of a sufficient size to cover a standard-sized entry way, a roll of double-sided tape comprising a carrier material having a high-tack adhesive material on a first side of the carrier material and a low-tack adhesive material on a second side of the carrier material, wherein the first side of the carrier material has a peel adhesion greater than the second side of the carrier material, and at least one zipper having a length greater than 50% the height of the standard-sized entry way.
1 . A partition assembly kit, comprising:
a receptacle;
a sheet of material of a sufficient size to cover a standard-sized entry way;
at least one zipper having a length greater than 50% a height of the standard-sized entry way; and
a roll of adhesive tape including a carrier material having an adhesive material on a first side of the carrier material,
wherein the sheet of material, the at least one zipper and the roll of adhesive tape are stored within the receptacle.
2 . The partition assembly kit of claim 1 , wherein the receptacle is a cardboard box.
3 . The partition assembly kit of claim 1 , wherein the sheet of material includes one selected from the group consisting of: a mono-film sheet material, a poly-film sheet material, a plastic sheet material, a synthetic sheet material and a reinforced plastic tarp material.
4 . The partition assembly kit of claim 1 , wherein the sheet of material is of a sufficient size to cover a standard-sized entry way having door dimensions selected from the group consisting of: 2′0″×6′8″, 2′2″×6′8″, 2′4″×6′8″, 2′6″×6′8″, 2′8″×6′8″, 2′10″×6′8″ and 3′ 0″×6′8″.
5 . The partition assembly kit of claim 1 , wherein a width of the standard-sized entry way ranges between 2′ feet to 8′ feet and a height of the standard-sized entry way ranges between 5′ feet to 12′ feet.
6 . The partition assembly kit of claim 1 , wherein the at least one zipper is pre-attached to the sheet of material.
7 . The partition assembly kit of claim 6 , wherein the at least one zipper includes first and second flanges, and wherein the sheet of material includes a pre-cut opening between the first and second flanges.
8 . The partition assembly kit of claim 1 , wherein the carrier material consists of a single carrier material layer.
9 . The partition assembly kit of claim 1 , wherein the carrier material is a paper carrier material.
10 . The partition assembly kit of claim 1 further comprising a strap coupled to the sheet of material for securing a rolled up portion of the sheet of material.
11 . The partition assembly kit of claim 10 , wherein the strap includes a velcro strap.
12 . A method of assembling a partition mounting system, comprising;
providing a receptacle having a sheet of material, at least one zipper and a roll of adhesive tape stored therein, wherein the sheet of material is of a sufficient size to cover a standard-sized entry way, the at least one zipper is of a length greater than 50% a height of the standard-sized entry way, and the roll of adhesive tape includes a carrier material having an adhesive material on a first side of the carrier material;
removing the roll of adhesive tape from the receptacle;
affixing portions of the roll of adhesive tape to an entry way by placing the first side of the carrier material against a frame of the entry way;
removing the sheet of material from the receptacle; and
affixing the sheet of material to the frame of the entry way.
13 . The method of claim 12 , wherein the receptacle is a cardboard box.
14 . The method of claim 12 , wherein the sheet of material includes one selected from the group consisting of: a mono-film sheet material, a poly-film sheet material, a plastic sheet material, a synthetic sheet material and a reinforced plastic tarp material.
15 . The method of claim 12 , wherein a width of the standard-sized entry way ranges between 2′ feet to 8′ feet and a height of the standard-sized entry way ranges between 5′ feet to 12′ feet.
16 . The partition assembly kit of claim 12 , wherein the at least one zipper is pre-attached to the sheet of material.
17 . The method of claim 16 , wherein the at least one zipper includes first and second flanges, and wherein the sheet of material includes a pre-cut opening between the first and second flanges.
18 . The method of claim 12 , wherein the carrier material consists of a single carrier material layer.
19 . The method of claim 12 , wherein the carrier material is a paper carrier material.
20 . The method of claim 12 , further comprising a strap coupled to the sheet of material for securing a rolled up portion of the sheet of material.
21 . The method of claim 20 , wherein the strap includes a velcro strap.
