CUSTOMER SERVICE REQUEST EVALUATOR
Apparatuses, methods, and systems for processing a customer support request for a game are provided. One method includes an operation for receiving a customer support request associated with a user. The customer support request is evaluated utilizing one or more service requests rules, where the service requests rules include a social gaming activity of the user and a behavior of the user while playing the game. Additionally, the method includes an operation for processing or denying the customer support request based on the evaluation of the customer support request.
1 . A method for processing a customer support request for a game, the method comprising:
receiving a customer support request associated with a user;
evaluating the customer support request utilizing one or more service requests rules, wherein the service requests rules include a social gaming activity of the user and a behavior of the user while playing the game; and
processing or denying the customer support request in response to the evaluating, wherein at least one operation of the method is executed through a processor.
2 . The method as recited in claim 1 , wherein evaluating the customer support request further includes:
generating a timeline for the social gaming activity of the user.
3 . The method as recited in claim 1 , wherein evaluating the customer support request further includes:
generating timelines for social gaming activity of friends socially connected with the user.
4 . The method as recited in claim 1 , wherein the service request rules includes evaluating a reputation of the user in the game.
5 . The method as recited in claim 1 , wherein the service request rules includes identifying an important customer based on a frequency with which the customer plays the game.
6 . The method as recited in claim 1 , wherein evaluating the customer support request further includes:
calculating a priority score for processing the customer support request based on the service requests rules.
7 . The method as recited in claim 1 , wherein evaluating the customer support request further includes:
determining if the customer support request was automatically originated by a computing device without human intervention.
8 . The method as recited in claim 1 , wherein evaluating the customer support request further includes:
determining if a plurality of support requests from a plurality of users are being automatically originated by a computing device without human intervention.
9 . The method as recited in claim 1 , evaluating the customer support request further includes:
determining an existance of isolated spikes of activity or continuous service requests originating from the user to determine whether an identification of the user is being used in automated service request generation.
10 . The method as recited in claim 1 , wherein the social gaming activity is evaluated by monitoring online social or gaming activities of users associated with each other via a social graph of a social networking application or an online gaming application.
11 . A computer program embedded in a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, when executed by one or more processors, for processing a customer support request for a game, the computer program comprising:
program instructions for receiving a customer support request associated with a user;
program instructions for evaluating the customer support request utilizing one or more service requests rules, wherein the service requests rules include a social activity of the user and a behavior of the user while playing the game; and
program instructions for processing or denying the customer support request the customer support request in response to the evaluating.
12 . A method for processing a customer support request for a game, the method comprising:
receiving a plurality of customer support requests;
evaluating the customer support request to identify whether a single person is generating the plurality of customer support requests by utilizing a plurality of identities; and
processing the customer support request in response to the evaluating, wherein at least one operation of the method is executed through a processor.
13 . The method as recited in claim 12 , wherein processing the customer support request further includes:
denying the plurality of customer support requests if the single person is identified to have generated the plurality of customer support requests.
14 . The method as recited in claim 12 , wherein processing the customer support request further includes:
locking out the plurality of identities if the single person is identified to have generated the plurality of customer support requests.
15 . The method as recited in claim 12 , further including:
generating a social gaming timeline for the plurality of identities.
16 . The method as recited in claim 15 , wherein generating the social gaming timeline further includes:
monitoring one or more of a geo-location, a frequency of requests, or a history of requests, for the plurality of identities to determine whether an attack is being carried out using the plurality of identities.
17 . The method as recited in claim 12 , wherein evaluating the customer support request further includes:
determining a reputation of one identity from the plurality of identities based on how social connections of the one identity interact with the one identity.
18 . The method as recited in claim 17 , wherein determining a reputation further includes:
determining how many friendship requests have been unanswered.
19 . The method as recited in claim 12 , wherein evaluating the customer support request further includes:
examining messages posted with regard to the plurality of identities.
20 . The method as recited in claim 12 , wherein operations of the method are performed by a computer program when executed by one or more processors, the computer program being embedded in a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium.
