METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR ELECTRONIC COMMERCE FACILITY CLIENT-BASED PRESENTATION OFFER MANAGEMENT
A method, system and computer readable medium for facilitating interactive electronic commerce transactions over an electronic commerce network between a plurality of sellers and a plurality of buyers via an independent service provider. An auction program process associated with a seller is generated by an electronic commerce computer of the independent service provider. A portable code segment associated with the auction program process is generated by the electronic commerce computer. The portable code segment is communicated for insertion into a web page hosted on a website other than the independent service provider's website. A client auction interface associated with the auction program process is displayed when a buyer activates the inserted portable code segment on the hosting website.

21 . A method for facilitating interactive electronic commerce transactions over an electronic commerce network between a plurality of sellers and a plurality of buyers via an independent service provider, comprising the steps of:
generating, by an electronic commerce computer of the independent service provider, an auction program process associated with a first seller of a plurality of sellers;
generating, by the electronic commerce computer, a portable code segment associated with the auction program process;
communicating the portable code segment for insertion into a web page hosted on a website other than the independent service provider's website;
inserting the portable code segment into the web page on the hosting website; and
displaying a client auction interface associated with the auction program process when a buyer activates the inserted portable code segment on the hosting website.

The method for facilitating interactive electronic commerce transactions of claim 21 , wherein displaying the client auction interface comprises displaying a client auction interface associated with the auction program process when a buyer clicks on a web page identifier associated to the portable code segment.
23 . The method for facilitating interactive electronic commerce transactions of claim 21 further comprising: accepting a bid from a buyer through the displayed client auction interface.
24 . The method for facilitating interactive electronic commerce transactions of claim 23 further comprising: applying an algorithm program process that determines the ranking order of the bid as it relates to other bids displayed on the client auction interface.
25 . The method for facilitating interactive electronic commerce transactions of claim 21 , wherein the client auction interface displays bids that have been accepted from other buyers.
26 . The method for facilitating interactive electronic commerce transactions of claim 21 , wherein the first seller includes an agent or representative of the first seller.
27 . The method for facilitating interactive electronic commerce transactions of claim 21 , wherein the auction program process associated with the first seller by an electronic commerce computer includes a condition of sale.
28 . The method for facilitating interactive electronic commerce transactions of claim 21 , wherein the website is hosted by the first seller or an independent party.
29 . The method for facilitating interactive electronic commerce transactions of claim 21 , wherein the portable code segment comprises a textual form that is displayed on the seller's webpage.
30 . The method for facilitating interactive electronic commerce transactions of claim 21 wherein the portable code segment comprises an image form that is displayed on the seller's webpage.
31 . A system for facilitating interactive electronic commerce transactions over an electronic commerce network between a plurality of sellers and a plurality of buyers via an independent service provider, comprising:
a processor for executing a plurality of components for enabling electronic commerce transactions including:
a component for generating, by an electronic commerce computer of the independent service provider, an auction program process associated with a first seller of a plurality of sellers;
a component for generating, by the electronic commerce computer, a portable code segment associated with the auction program process;
a component for communicating the portable code segment for insertion into a web page hosted on a website other than the independent service provider's website;
a component for receiving insertion of the portable code segment into the webpage on the hosting website; and
a component for displaying a client auction interface associated with the auction program process when a buyer activates the inserted portable code segment on the hosting website.

The system for facilitating interactive electronic commerce transactions of claim 31 , wherein the component for displaying comprises a component for displaying a client auction interface associated with the auction program process when a buyer clicks on a web page identifier associated to the portable code segment.
33 . The system for facilitating interactive electronic commerce transactions of claim 31 , wherein the processor further comprises a component for accepting a bid from a buyer through the displayed client auction interface.
34 . The method for facilitating interactive electronic commerce transactions of claim 33 , wherein the processor further comprises a component for displaying on the client auction interface other bids that have been accepted from other buyers.

The method for facilitating interactive electronic commerce transactions of claim 34 , wherein the processor further comprises a component for applying an algorithm program process that determines the ranking order of the bid as it relates to the other bids displayed on client auction interface.
36 . The system for facilitating interactive electronic commerce transactions of claim 31 , wherein the component for generating an auction program process comprises a component for generating an auction program process including a condition of sale.
37 . A storage medium containing instructions that when executed causes a computer system to facilitate interactive electronic commerce transactions over an electronic commerce network between a plurality of sellers and a plurality of buyers via an independent service provider, by:
generating, by an electronic commerce computer of the independent service provider, an auction program process associated with a first seller of a plurality of sellers;
generating, by the electronic commerce computer, a portable code segment associated with the auction program process;
communicating the portable code segment for insertion into a web page hosted on a website other than the independent service provider's website;
inserting the portable code segment into the web page on the hosting website; and
displaying a client auction interface associated with the auction program process when a buyer activates the inserted portable code segment on the hosting website.
38 . The storage medium that causes a computer system to facilitate interactive electronic commerce transactions of claim 37 , by displaying a client auction interface associated with the auction program process when a buyer clicks on a web page identifier associated to the portable code segment.
39 . The storage medium that causes a computer system to facilitate interactive electronic commerce transactions of claim 37 , by:
accepting a bid from a buyer through the displayed client auction interface;
displaying at the client auction interface other bids that have been accepted from other buyers; and
applying an algorithm program process that determines the ranking order of the bid as it relates to the other bids displayed on client auction interface.

The storage medium that causes a computer system to facilitate interactive electronic commerce transactions of claim 37 , by generating, by an electronic commerce computer of the independent service provider, an auction program process associated with a first seller of a plurality of sellers, which auction program process includes a condition of sale.
