A new and distinct cultivar of Lagerstroemia plant named ‘PIILAG B1’, characterized by its compact, rounded intermediate growth habit, reddish new growth, lustrous dark green foliage in summer, white flowers, and resistance to powdery mildew and Cercospora leaf spot.
