Abstract
A SMAC mimetic and pharmaceutical compositions thereof and methods of use.
Claims (6)
1. A method of treating a myelodysplastic syndrome in a mammal in need thereof that comprises internally administering to the animal an effective amount of Compound 15, which has the formula:
where R5 is —CH 2 CH 3 ,
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
2. The method of claim 1 that comprises administering Compound 15 in combination with a second cancer therapy selected from radiation, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, photodynamic therapy, and combinations thereof.
3. The method of claim 1 wherein the mammal is a human.
4. The method of claim 2 wherein the mammal is a human.
