Abstract

The present application provides biligand and triligand protein-catalyzed capture (PCC) agents that specifically bind VEGF, as well as the use of these capture agents as detection, diagnosis, and treatment agents.

Claims (10)

1. A capture agent selected from the group consisting of:

is a pegylated linker, R is a pegylated reporter tag or an N-terminal capping group, and Tz4 is a 1,4-disubstituted-1,2,3-triazole linker.

2. A capture agent having a structure selected from the group consisting of:

wherein each PCC is:

and each X is a pegylated reporter tag or an N-terminal capping group.

3. A capture agent having the structure:

wherein each PCC is:

wherein X is a pegylated reporter tag or an N-terminal capping group.
