Abstract

Systems and methods for facilitating the signature of documents. In various embodiments the system is configured to manage the transportation of the documents among users whose signature is required on the documents. The documents may include, for example, legal documents. In particular embodiments, the system is configured to deliver the documents to attended delivery/pickup locations associated with each user required to sign the document, facilitate each user's signature of the documents at the associated attended delivery/pickup location, and deliver the document to an end destination. The ultimate destination of the document may include an address associated with a user requesting signature of the document, or any other suitable location.

said facilitating delivery of said signed one or more documents to said third individual comprises facilitating delivery based at least in part on said information.

5 . The computer system of claim 4 , wherein said information comprises delivery information associated with said third individual.

said delivery information comprises a preference to deliver said signed one or more documents to a second attended delivery/pickup location.

7 . The computer system of claim 6 , wherein said facilitating delivery of said signed one or more documents to said third individual comprises determining an availability of said second attended delivery/pickup location to accept delivery of said signed one or more signed documents.

8 . The computer system of claim 7 , wherein said facilitating delivery of said signed one or more documents to said third individual comprises, at least partially in response to determining that said second attended delivery/pickup location is available to accept delivery of said signed one or more signed documents, facilitating delivery to said second attended delivery/pickup location.

9 . The computer system of claim 7 , wherein said facilitating delivery of said signed one or more documents to said third individual comprises:

at least partially in response to determining that said second attended delivery/pickup location is not available to accept delivery of said signed one or more documents, determining a suitable third attended delivery/pickup location;

facilitating delivery of said signed one or more signed documents to said third attended delivery/pickup location; and

notifying said third individual of said delivery to said third attended delivery/pickup location.

10 . The computer system of claim 7 , wherein said determining said availability of said second attended delivery/pickup location to accept delivery of said signed one or more documents is based at least in part on operating hours of said second attended delivery/pickup location.

11 . The computer system of claim 7 , wherein said third individual is said first individual.

12 . The computer system of claim 1 , wherein said one or more documents comprise a contract.

13 . A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing computer-executable instructions for:

(A) providing, to one or more first users, a selection of one or more first attended delivery/pickup locations to which the one or more first users may have one or more documents delivered for signature by one or more second users;
