1 . A computer system comprising:
at least one processor, wherein the computer system is configured for:
(A) receiving one or more item return criteria from a particular retailer;
(B) receiving item information associated with the particular item, the particular item associated with the particular retailer;
(C) determining whether the particular item may be returned to the particular retailer for an at least partial refund, based at least in part on:
i) the one or more item return criteria; and
ii) the item information;
(D) based at least in part on determining the particular item may not be returned to the particular retailer, transmitting a notification that the particular item may not be returned for the at least partial refund; and
(E) based at least in part on determining the particular item may be returned to the particular retailer for the at least partial refund, facilitating the return of the particular item, at the particular attended delivery/pickup location to the particular retailer.
2 . The computer system of claim 1 , wherein receiving the item information from the particular delivery/pickup location comprises receiving the item information via a scan of a machine-readable indicium associated with the sale of the particular item.
3 . The computer system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more item return criteria comprises a deadline for returning the particular item.
4 . The computer system of claim 1 , wherein the computer system is further configured for, at least partially in response to determining the particular item may be returned to the particular retailer, generating a return label to facilitate the return of the particular item.
5 . The computer system of claim 4 , wherein:
(A) the return label comprises an expiration date; and
(B) the expiration date is a date the particular retailer will no longer accept the return of the particular item.
6 . The computer system of claim 1 , wherein:
(A) the particular item comprises one or more parts; and
(B) the computer system is further configured for generating a form, the form comprising one or more questions designed to indicate that the particular user has included each of the one or more parts for returning the particular item.
7 . A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing computer-executable instructions for:
(A) receiving one or more item return criteria from a particular retailer;
(B) receiving one or more return terms associated with the particular retailer, the return terms comprising at least one way in which an item is to be returned to the particular retailer from a particular attended delivery/pickup location;
(C) storing, in memory, the one or more item return criteria from the particular retailer;
(D) storing, in memory, the return terms associated with the particular retailer;
(E) receiving item information associated with the particular item from a client device associated with the particular attended delivery/pickup location, the particular item associated with the particular retailer;
(F) determining whether the particular item may be returned to the particular retailer for an at least partial refund, based at least in part on:
i) the one or more item return criteria; and
ii) the item information;
(G) based at least in part on determining the particular item may not be returned to the particular retailer, transmitting a notification that the particular item may not be returned for the at least partial refund; and
(H) based at least in part on determining the particular item may be returned to the particular retailer for the at least partial refund, facilitating the return of the particular item, at the particular attended delivery/pickup location, according to the return terms associated with the particular retailer.
8 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 7 , wherein receiving the item information from the particular delivery/pickup location comprises receiving the item information via a scan of a machine-readable indicium associated with the sale of the particular item.
9 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 8 , wherein the machine-readable indicium includes a sale date of the particular item.
10 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 9 , wherein:
(A) one or more item return criteria comprises a deadline for returning the particular item; and
(B) determining whether the particular item may be returned to the particular retailer for the at least partial refund, based at least in part on:
i) the sale date of the particular item; and
ii) the deadline for returning the particular item.
11 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 7 , wherein the non-transitory computer-readable medium further stores computer executable instructions for, at least partially in response to determining the particular item may be returned to the particular retailer, generating a return label to facilitate the return of the particular item.
12 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 11 , wherein:
(A) the return label comprises an expiration date; and
(B) the expiration date is a date the particular retailer will no longer accept the return of the particular item.
13 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 12 , wherein:
(A) the particular item comprises one or more parts; and
(B) the non-transitory computer-readable medium further stores computer executable instructions for generating a questionnaire, the questionnaire comprising one or more questions designed to indicate that the particular user has included each of the one or more parts for returning the particular item.
14 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 13 , wherein the non-transitory computer-readable medium further stores computer executable instructions for:
(A) receiving the questionnaire;
(B) determining whether the particular item may be returned to the particular retailer for the at least partial refund is based at least in part on whether the particular user has included each of the one or more parts.
15 . A computer-implemented method comprising:
