A method of treating a disorder comprising administering an effective amount of a compound of claim 60 to a subject suffering from the disorder, wherein the disorder is selected from cancer, bone disorder, inflammatory disease, immune disease, nervous system disease, metabolic disease, respiratory disease, thrombosis, and cardiac disease.

A method of treating a disorder comprising administering an effective amount of a compound of claim 74 to a subject suffering from the disorder, wherein the disorder is selected from cancer, bone disorder, inflammatory disease, immune disease, nervous system disease, metabolic disease, respiratory disease, thrombosis, and cardiac disease.
