SUBTYPES OF HUMANIZED ANTIBODY AGAINST INTERLEUKIN-6 RECEPTOR
An antibody subtype (1) which is a subtype of the humanized PM-1 antibody against interleukin-6 receptor (IL-6R) and in which one C-terminal of the heavy chain is Pro-NH 2 (447), and an antibody subtype (2) which is a subtype of the humanized PM-1 antibody against interleukin-6 receptor (IL-6R) and in which both C-terminals of the heavy chain are Pro-NH 2 (447), and a pharmaceutical composition comprising them.
1 . An antibody subtype (1) which is a subtype of the humanized PM-1 antibody against interleukin-6 receptor (IL-6R) and in which one C-terminal of the heavy chain is Pro-NH 2 (447).
2 . An antibody subtype (2) which is a subtype of the humanized PM-1 antibody against interleukin-6 receptor (IL-6R) and in which both C-terminals of the heavy chain are Pro-NH 2 (447).
3 . The antibody subtype according to claim 1 wherein the heavy chain of the native humanized PM-1 antibody corresponding to the subtype according to claim 1 has an amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 1.
4 . The antibody subtype according to claim 3 wherein glutamine (Gln) at the heavy chain N-terminal is pyroglutamic acid (pGlu).
5 . The antibody subtype according to claim 1 wherein the light chain of the above humanized PM-1 antibody subtype has an amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 2.

A pharmaceutical composition comprising either the subtype (1) which is a subtype of the humanized PM-1 antibody against interleukin-6 receptor (IL-6R) and in which one C-terminal of the heavy chain is Pro-NH 2 (447) or the subtype (2) which is a subtype of the humanized PM-1 antibody against interleukin-6 receptor (IL-6R) and in which both C-terminals of the heavy chain are Pro-NH 2 (447), or both of the subtypes (1) and (2).
