Abstract

This invention relates to an apparatus that regulates thermodynamic energy-flow within a human body for producing beneficial effects such as, for example, improvement in strength, improvement in stamina, pain relief, etc. According to one embodiment, the invention provides a wearable apparatus that may include biomolecular components for building-up of a thermomagnetic energy within the human body. According to another embodiment, the invention provides a wearable apparatus that may include biomolecular components for dilution of a thermomagnetic energy within the human body. According to yet another embodiment, the invention provides a wearable apparatus that may include biomolecular components having orthomolecular and/or non-orthomolecular organic materials which are capable of thermomagnetic levororotary action and/or thermomagnetic dextrorotatory action.

Claims (45)

1. A system to be applied to a subject's body to regulate thermodynamic energy-flow within the subject's body to provide a beneficial effect for the subject selected from a group consisting of an increase in strength, an increase in stamina, a relief from pain and an improvement in strength endurance, the system comprising:

at least one Left-Handed organic material-containing apparatus and at least one Right-Handed organic material-containing apparatus be simultaneously applied to the subject's body at a positively charged position and a negatively charged position, respectively;

wherein the at least one Left-Handed organic material-containing apparatus is be applied to the positively charged position on the subject's body;

wherein the at least one Right-Handed organic material-containing apparatus is configured to be applied to the negatively charged position on the subject's body separate and distinct from the positively charged position;

wherein the at least one Left-Handed organic material-containing apparatus and the at least one Right-Handed organic material-containing apparatus together provide the beneficial biological effect,

such that to provide the beneficial effect of an increase in strength or an improvement in strength endurance,

the at least one Left-Handed organic material-containing apparatus comprises at least one Left-Handed organic molecule, wherein the at least one Left-Handed organic molecule is an amino acid selected from a group consisting of

L-Arginine, L-Carnitine, Acetyl-L-Carnitine L-Glutamic Acid, L-Glutamine, L-Glycine, L-Isoleucine, L-Leucine, L-Methionine, L-Ornithine, L-Valine L-Taurine, and mixtures thereof; and

the at least one Right-Handed organic material-containing apparatus comprises at least one Right-Handed organic molecule, wherein the at least one Right-Handed organic molecule is selected from honey, molasses, or combinations thereof; and

such that to provide the beneficial effect of an increase in stamina or a relief from pain,

the at least one Left-Handed organic material-containing apparatus comprises at least one Left-Handed organic molecule, wherein the at least one Left-Handed organic molecule is an amino comprising L-Carnitine; and

the at least one Right-Handed organic material-containing apparatus comprises at least one Right-Handed organic molecule, wherein the at least one Right-Handed organic molecule is honey;

wherein said Left-Handed organic material-containing apparatus further comprises

at least one substrate for the at least one Left-Handed organic molecule; and

at least one enclosure for the at least one Left-Handed organic molecule and the at least one substrate; and

wherein said Right-Handed organic material-containing apparatus further comprises

at least one substrate for the at least one Right-Handed organic molecule; and

at least one enclosure for the at least one Right-handed organic molecule and the at least one substrate; and

wherein the at least one enclosure for both the at least one Left-Handed organic material-containing apparatus and the at least one Right-Handed organic material-containing apparatus comprises an adhesive for adhering the at least one enclosure to the subject's body, and wherein the at least one enclosure is comprised of one or more materials that prevent the at least one Left-Handed organic molecule and the at least one Right-Handed organic molecule from direct contact with the subject's body while the at least one enclosure is adhered to the subject's body and that prevent the at least one Left-Handed organic molecule and the at least one Right-Handed organic molecule from entering into the subject's body.

The system of claim 1 , wherein to provide the beneficial effect of increase in strength or an improvement in strength endurance, the Left-Handed molecule is an amino acid, wherein the amino acid is selected from the group consisting of L-Arginine, L-Camitine, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, L-Glutamine, L-Methionine, L-Ornithine, and L-Taurine.

3. The system of claim 1 , wherein to provide the beneficial effect of increase in strength or an improvement in strength endurance, the Left-Handed molecule is an amino acid selected from L-Carnitine and Acetyl-L-Carnitine.

The system of claim 1 , wherein the at least one enclosure in the Left-Handed organic molecule-containing apparatus and/or the at least one enclosure in the Right-Handed organic molecule-containing apparatus is made of a plastic film selected from the group consisting of polyethylene, polypropylene, ASS, plexiglass, lexan, light polarizing film, and linear low density film.

5. The system of claim 1 , wherein the at least one Left-Handed organic molecule-containing apparatus and/or the at least one Right-Handed organic molecule-containing apparatus further comprises one or more adhesive portions to permit attachment of the apparatus to a skin surface of the subject.

6. The system of claim 5 , wherein the one or more adhesive portions includes a medical grade adhesive.

7. The system of claim 1 , wherein the positively charged position is a YANG acupuncture point on the body, and wherein the negatively charged position is a YIN acupuncture point on the body.

The system of claim 1 , wherein the Left-Handed organic molecule-containing apparatus and/or the Right-Handed organic molecule-containing apparatus further comprises one or more additives that are selected from a group consisting of Glycerin, d-calcium pantothenate, sorbitol, propylparaben, potassium sorbate, methylparaben, and Colloidal Gold.

The system of claim 1 , wherein the Left-Handed organic molecule-containing apparatus is a patch constructed in layers, the layers comprising a plastic film or a light polarizing film as an enclosure, a polyester fabric as a substrate, Water, L-Camitine, Glycerin, d-calcium pantothenate, sorbitol, propylparaben, potassium sorbate, and methylparaben, and wherein the Right-Handed organic molecule-containing apparatus is a patch constructed in layers, the layers comprising a plastic film or a light polarizing film as an enclosure, a polyester fabric as a substrate, honey, and molasses.

10. A method of regulating thermodynamic energy-flow within a subject's body to provide a beneficial effect for the subject selected from a group consisting of an increase in strength, an increase in stamina, a relief from pain and an improvement in strength endurance, the method comprising:

applying at least one Left-Handed organic material-containing apparatus to a positively charged position on the subject's body using an adhesive;

applying at least one Right-Handed organic material-containing apparatus to a negatively charged position on a subject's body using an adhesive, wherein the negatively charged position is separate and distinct from the positively charged position;

wherein the at least one Left-Handed organic material-containing apparatus and the at least one Right-Handed organic material-containing apparatus together provide the beneficial biological effect,

such that to provide the beneficial effect of an increase in strength or an improvement in strength endurance,

the at least one Left-Handed organic material-containing apparatus comprises at least one Left-Handed organic molecule, wherein the Left-Handed molecule is an amino acid selected from a group consisting of

L-Arginine, L-Carnitine, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, L-Glutamic Acid, L-Glutamine, L-Glycine, L-Isoleucine, L-Leucine, L-Methionine, L-Ornithine, L-Valine, L-Taurine, and mixtures thereof; and

the at least one Right-Handed organic material-containing apparatus comprises at least one Right-Handed organic molecule, wherein the at least one Right-Handed organic molecule is selected from honey, molasses, or combinations thereof; and

such that to provide the beneficial effect of an increase in stamina or a relief from pain,

the at least one Left-Handed organic material-containing apparatus comprises at least one Left-Handed organic molecule, wherein the at least one Left-Handed organic molecule is an amino comprising L-Carnitine; and

the at least one Right-Handed organic material-containing apparatus comprises at least one Right-Handed organic molecule, wherein the at least one Right-Handed organic molecule is honey;

wherein said Left-Handed organic material-containing apparatus further comprises

at least one substrate for the at least one Left-Handed organic molecule; and

at least one enclosure for the at least one Left-Handed organic molecule and the at least one substrate; and

wherein said Right-Handed organic material-containing apparatus further comprises

at least one substrate for the at least one Right-Handed organic molecule; and

at least one enclosure for the at least one Right-Handed organic molecule and the at least one substrate; and

wherein the at least one enclosure for both the at least one Left-Handed organic material-containing apparatus and the at least one Right-Handed organic material-containing apparatus are comprised of one or more materials that prevent the at least one Left-Handed organic molecule and the at least one Right-Handed organic molecule from direct contact with the subject's body and that prevent the at least one Left-Handed organic molecule and the at least one Right-Handed organic molecule from entering into the subject's body while the at least one enclosure for both the at least one Left-Handed organic material-containing apparatus and the at least one Right-Handed organic material-containing apparatus are applied simultaneously to the subject's body using an adhesive.
