High-strength cold-rolled steel sheet and method for manufacturing the same
A steel sheet has a microstructure including ferrite phase: 40% to 60%, bainite phase: 10% to 30%, tempered martensite phase: 20% to 40%, and retained austenite phase: 5% to 20% by volume fraction, and satisfying a condition that a ratio of tempered martensite phase having major axis length ≦5 μm to a total volume fraction of the tempered martensite phase is 80% to 100%.
1. A high-strength cold-rolled steel sheet having a chemical composition containing by mass %:
C: 0.12% to 0.22%;
Si: 0.8% to 1.8%;
Mn: 2.2% to 3.2%;
P: 0.020% or less;
S: 0.0040% or less;
Al: 0.005% to 0.08%;
N: 0.008% or less;
Ti: 0.001% to 0.040%;
B: 0.0001% to 0.0020%; and
the remainder being Fe and incidental impurities,
wherein the steel sheet has a microstructure including ferrite phase: 40% to 60% by volume fraction, bainite phase: 10% to 30% by volume fraction, tempered martensite phase: 20% to 40% by volume fraction, and retained austenite phase: 5% to 20% by volume fraction, and satisfying a condition that a ratio of tempered martensite phase having major axis length ≦5 μm to a total volume fraction of the tempered martensite phase is 80% to 100%.
2. A method for manufacturing a high-strength cold-rolled steel sheet comprising subjecting a steel slab having the chemical composition according to claim 1 to hot rolling, coiling, pickling, first annealing at a temperature in a range of 350° C. to 650° C., cold rolling, second annealing at a temperature in a range of 820° C. to 900° C., third annealing at a temperature in a range of 720° C. to 800° C., cooling at a cooling rate: 10° C./s to 80° C./s down to a cooling stop temperature: 300° C. to 500° C., retention at the above cooling stop temperature range for 100 s to 1000 s, and fourth annealing at a temperature in a range of 100° C. to 300° C. to thereby obtain a steel sheet that has a microstructure including ferrite phase: 40% to 60% by volume fraction, bainite phase: 10% to 30% by volume fraction, tempered martensite phase: 20% to 40% by volume fraction, and retained austenite phase: 5% to 20% by volume fraction, and satisfying a condition that a ratio of tempered martensite phase having major axis length ≦5 μm to a total volume fraction of the tempered martensite phase is 80% to 100%,
wherein the hot rolling, coiling, pickling, first annealing, cold rolling, second to third annealing, cooling, and fourth annealing are performed in this order.
3. The method of claim 2 , wherein a temperature of the coiling is in a range of 450° C. to 600° C.
