receiving an electronic order associated with a network address of a shopper, the electronic order specifying a gift for a recipient;

retrieving an electronic profile associated with the recipient;

comparing a description of the gift to a list of devices in the electronic profile;

based on the comparing, determining the gift is compatible with a device in the list of devices in the electronic profile; and

sending feedback information to the network address associated with the shopper, the feedback information indicating the gift as being compatible with the list of devices associated with the recipient.

15. The memory device of claim 14 , wherein the operations further comprise sending a rejection of another gift as being incompatible with the list of devices.
