Abstract

An intelligent virtual service agent implemented on a computer platform is assigned a responsibility to automatically interact with different users across a communication network when a predetermined characteristic of content provided by the different users is identified. Content provided by a user over the communication network is analyzed to determine whether the content provided by the user possesses the predetermined characteristic. When the content possesses the predetermined characteristic, account data of the user for an account specific to the user is obtained, and the account data specific to the user is analyzed. The intelligent virtual service agent is assigned to automatically interact with the user based on the account data specific to the user and based on determining that the content possesses the predetermined characteristic.

Claims (65)

1. A method of communicating using an intelligent virtual service agent, comprising:

providing an account specific to a user for services provided by a service provider;

assigning, to an intelligent virtual service agent implemented on a computer platform with a processor and a memory, a responsibility to automatically interact with different users across a communication network when a predetermined characteristic of content provided by the different users is identified;

analyzing content provided by the user over the communication network to determine whether the content provided by the user possesses the predetermined characteristic;

determining, based on the analyzing, that the content possesses the predetermined characteristic;

assigning the intelligent virtual service agent to automatically interact with the user based on determining that the content possesses the predetermined characteristic,

wherein the intelligent virtual service agent further uses information obtained from accounts specific to the user, and external to a system that implements the virtual service agent, to interact with the user;

accepting a request from the user to remove the information from an account specific to the user, and external to the system that implements the virtual service agent, and removing the information obtained from the account specific to the user, and external to the system that implements the virtual service agent, in accordance with the request from the user.

2. The method of claim 1 ,

wherein the user and another user separately provide the same content, and

wherein interaction with the user differs from interaction with the other user based on the account data specific to the user and account data specific to the other user.

3. The method of claim 1 ,

wherein the account data comprises a record of previous interactions with the user.

4. The method of claim 1 ,

wherein the account is a communications network account, and the account data comprises data describing use of the communications network account.

5. The method of claim 1 ,

wherein feedback from the user is obtained and used to determine a response to content that is unsatisfactory.

6. The method of claim 5 ,

wherein interaction provided by the intelligent virtual service agent varies based on the feedback obtained from the user.

7. The method of claim 1 ,

wherein the intelligent virtual service agent further uses knowledge in a knowledge database to interact with the user, and

wherein the knowledge in the knowledge database includes previous inquiries by other users along with successful answers.

8. The method of claim 1 ,

wherein the intelligent virtual service agent further uses knowledge in a knowledge database to interact with the user, and

wherein the knowledge in the knowledge database comprises technical solutions for technical problems.

9. The method of claim 1 ,

wherein the content is provided onto a monitored internet page, and

wherein the intelligent virtual service agent provides a response to the content on the monitored internet page.

10. The method of claim 1 ,

wherein the predetermined characteristic comprises a language in which the content is provided.

11. The method of claim 1 ,

wherein the predetermined characteristic comprises a location from which the content is provided.

12. The method of claim 1 ,

wherein the intelligent virtual service agent receives responsibility to automatically interact with the user from a central controller.

13. The method of claim 1 , further comprising:

re-assigning responsibility for automatically interacting with the user to another intelligent virtual service agent based on feedback received from the user.

14. The method of claim 1 ,

wherein the intelligent virtual service agent communicates using cloned human characteristics.

15. The method of claim 1 , further comprising:

wherein the interaction comprises sending a video to the user.

16. The method of claim 15 ,

wherein the video is set to repeatedly play on a user device.

17. The method according to claim 1 , further comprising:

obtaining account data of the user for the account specific to the user; and

analyzing the account data specific to the user;

wherein the intelligent virtual service agent is assigned to automatically interact with the user also based on the account data specific to the user.

18. At least one non-transitory computer readable medium that stores a set of executable instructions for communicating using an intelligent virtual service agent, the executable instructions, when executed by a processor, causing a computer to perform a process comprising:

providing an account specific to a user for services provided by a service provider;

assigning, to an intelligent virtual service agent implemented on a computer platform with a processor and a memory, a responsibility to automatically interact with different users across a communication network when a predetermined characteristic of content provided by the different users is identified;

analyzing content provided by the user over the communication network to determine whether the content provided by the user possesses the predetermined characteristic;

determining, based on the analyzing, that the content possesses the predetermined characteristic;

assigning the intelligent virtual service agent to automatically interact with the user based on determining that the content possesses the predetermined characteristic,

wherein the intelligent virtual service agent further uses information obtained from accounts specific to the user, and external to a system that implements the virtual service agent, to interact with the user;

accepting a request from the user to remove the information from an account specific to the user, and external to the system that implements the virtual service agent, and removing the information obtained from the account specific to the user, and external to the system that implements the virtual service agent, in accordance with the request from the user.

19. A computer platform system that executes executable instructions for communicating using intelligent virtual service agents, the computer platform system comprising:

memory; and

a processor,

wherein the processor executes the executable instructions, and the instructions, when executed, cause the computer platform system to perform a process comprising:

providing an account specific to a user for services provided by a service provider;

assigning, to an intelligent virtual service agent implemented on a computer platform with a processor and a memory, a responsibility to automatically interact with different users across a communication network when a predetermined characteristic of content provided by the different users is identified;

analyzing content provided by the user over the communication network to determine whether the content provided by the user possesses the predetermined characteristic;

determining, based on the analyzing, that the content possesses the predetermined characteristic;

assigning the intelligent virtual service agent to automatically interact with the user based on determining that the content possesses the predetermined characteristic,

wherein the intelligent virtual service agent further uses information obtained from accounts specific to the user, and external to a system that implements the virtual service agent, to interact with the user;

accepting a request from the user to remove the information from an account specific to the user, and external to the system that implements the virtual service agent, and removing the information obtained from the account specific to the user, and external to the system that implements the virtual service agent, in accordance with the request from the user.
