Abstract
The invention relates to the nucleotide and amino acid sequences, and to the activity and use, of the luciferases LuAL, Lu164, Lu16, Lu39, Lu45, Lu52 and Lu22.
Claims (4)
1. An expression vector comprising an isolated nucleic acid molecule selected from the group consisting of:
(a) a nucleic acid molecule comprising SEQ ID NO: 1; and
(b) a nucleic acid molecule which exhibits at least 90% sequence identity to the nucleic acid molecule of SEQ ID NO: 1, and wherein said nucleic acid molecule encodes luciferase.
2. A transformed host cell comprising the expression vector of claim 1 .
