Abstract

A fat accumulation inhibitor includes, as an active ingredient, a plant belonging to the genus Cirsium.

Claims (10)

1 . A method for inhibiting fat accumulation, comprising administering a plant belonging to a genus Cirsium.

2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein

the plant belonging to the genus Cirsium is Cirsium brevicaule A. Gray.

4 . A method for preventing or treating fatty liver, comprising administering a plant belonging to a genus Cirsium.

6 . A method for producing a fat accumulation inhibitor, comprising:

a step of performing an extraction operation on a plant belonging to a genus Cirsium using a solvent, to obtain an extraction liquid.

8 . The method of claim 4 , wherein the plant belonging to the genus Cirsium is Cirsium brevicaule A. Gray.
