AUTHENTICATING DATA TRANSFER

1 . A method for authenticating data transfer, the method comprising:

an enterprise redirecting a user-agent to an intermediary platform, the redirecting comprising sending a message to the user-agent comprising an enterprise user authentication token and an application identifier;

the intermediary platform redirecting the user-agent to an application server, the redirecting comprising sending a message to the user-agent comprising a tracking signature and a callback URL;

the user-agent authenticating a user to the application server;

the application server redirecting the user-agent to the callback URL, the redirecting comprising sending a message to the user-agent comprising the tracking signature and an application user identifier;

the intermediary platform redirecting the user-agent to the application server, the redirecting comprising sending a message to the user-agent comprising a platform user identifier, the application user identifier, and a redirect URI comprising a transaction identifier;

the application server redirecting the user-agent to the redirect URI, the redirecting comprising sending a message to the user-agent comprising the transaction identifier.

2 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising the intermediary platform requesting the user confirm a grant of access to the enterprise.

3 . The method of claim 2 , further comprising:

the intermediary platform receiving, from the user-agent, a confirmation of the grant of access; and

the intermediary platform redirecting the user-agent to the enterprise.

4 . The method of claim 2 , further comprising:

the intermediary platform receiving, from the user-agent, a cancellation of the grant of access; and

the intermediary platform redirecting the user-agent to the application server, the redirecting comprising sending a message to the user-agent comprising a cancel notice, the platform user identifier, the application user identifier, and a redirect URI for the enterprise; and

the application server redirecting the user-agent to the redirect URI for the enterprise.

5 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising:

the user-agent authenticating the user to the enterprise;

the enterprise sending a listing of a plurality of applications to the user-agent, the plurality of applications comprising an application the application server is associated with; and

the user-agent sending a message to the enterprise, the message identifying the application the application server is associated with.

6 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the enterprise redirecting the user-agent to the intermediary platform comprises sending a message to the user-agent comprising the enterprise user authentication token, the application identifier, and an enterprise identifier, the enterprise identifier identifying the enterprise.

7 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising the intermediary platform creating the tracking signature.

8 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the intermediary platform redirecting the user-agent to the application server comprises sending a message to the user-agent comprising the platform user identifier, the application user identifier, the redirect URI, and a platform user authentication token.

9 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the transaction identifier comprises the tracking signature.

10 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising the intermediary platform mapping the application user ID to the platform user ID.

11 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising the application server creating a subscription of the intermediary platform to data of the user.

12 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the user-agent authenticating the user to the application server comprises the user-agent providing a username and a password to the application server.

13 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the user-agent authenticating the user to the application server comprises the user creating a new account.

14 . A method for authenticating data transfer, the method comprising:

an enterprise redirecting a user-agent to an intermediary platform, the redirecting comprising sending a message to the user-agent comprising an enterprise user authentication token and an application identifier;

the intermediary platform sending a connection PIN to the user-agent;

an application receiving the connection PIN;

the intermediary platform receiving an application user identifier, the connection PIN, and a callback URL; and

the intermediary platform sending a platform user identifier and the application user identifier to the callback URL.

15 . The method of claim 14 , further comprising the intermediary platform sending a notification to the enterprise, the notification identifying a user and an application the application server is associated with.

16 . The method of claim 14 , further comprising the intermediary platform sending a platform user authentication token to the callback URL.

17 . The method of claim 14 , wherein the connection PIN comprises a series of alphanumeric characters.

18 . The method of claim 14 , wherein the intermediary platform receives the application user identifier, the connection PIN, and the callback URL from a user device.

19 . The method of claim 14 , wherein the intermediary platform receives the application user identifier, the connection PIN, and the callback URL from an application server.

20 . The method of claim 14 , further comprising creating a subscription of the intermediary platform to data of the user.
