Abstract

This document provides methods and materials related to treating lymphomas. For example, methods and materials relating to the use of a composition containing albumin-containing nanoparticle/antibody complexes (e.g., ABRAXANE®/anti-CD20 polypeptide antibody complexes) to treat lymphomas are provided.

A method for treating a mammal having lymphoma, said method comprising administering to said mammal a composition comprising nanoparticles containing albumin and placitaxel complexed with an anti-CD20 polypeptide antibody under conditions wherein the length of progression-free survival is increased.
