Resin composition for forming a phase-separated structure, and method of producing structure containing phase-separated structure
A resin composition for forming a phase-separated structure, including: a block copolymer, and an ion liquid containing a compound (IL) having a cation moiety and an anion moiety, the cation moiety of the compound (IL) having a dipole moment of 3 debye or more.
1. A method of producing a structure containing a phase-separated structure, comprising:
dissolving a block copolymer and an ion liquid in a mixed solvent of propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate and propylene glycol monomethyl ether to obtain a resin composition comprising the block copolymer and the ion liquid,
applying the resin composition to a support to form a layer containing a block copolymer on the support; and
phase-separating the layer containing the block copolymer,
wherein the resin composition comprises a block copolymer consisting of a block of a structural unit derived from styrene and a block of a structural unit derived from poly(methyl methacrylate) and
an ion liquid selected from a compound represented by formula (IL-2), (IL-7) or (IL-8) shown below:
wherein the amount of the ion liquid within the resin composition relative to 100 parts by weight of the block copolymer is 4.58 to 8.09 parts by weight.
2. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the compound (IL) has a pyrolysis temperature of 300° C. or greater.
