Abstract

O2O (Offline to Online) Management System is a computer-implemented service which manages the operation and interaction among the brick-and-mortar stores, merchants, warehouse and product providers. It also manages the purchase transactions by the customers at online marketplace and the brick-and-mortar stores. Unlike the online shopping services which provide only storefront Web access, the O2O Management System integrates the transaction and operation of online marketplace, brick-and-mortar retail stores, merchants, warehouses and product providers with a network of computer systems, such as internet. The transaction of O2O Management System occurs in the combination of physical retail facility (retail store) and internet.

Claims (50)

1 . A method for managing the operation of online-offline retail business, the method comprising the steps of:

a. providing plurality of members to list information to database;

b. matching and pairing first member with second member;

c. receiving retail space information from retail provider and transmitting relevant retail space information to said member;

d. receiving product information from product provider and transmitting relevant production information to said member;

e. receiving purchase transaction from retail facility; and transmitting purchase transaction to a plurality of said members.

2 . The method defined in claim 1 , further comprising:

creating list of relevant retail space layout templates to said member.

3 . The method defined in claim 1 , further comprising:

allocating retail spot for a plurality of said members by auctioning.

4 . The method defined in claim 1 , further comprising:

managing the sample for a plurality of said members.

5 . The method defined in claim 3 , further comprising:

providing sample automated system to a plurality of said members. The said sample automated system can be further configured by said member.

6 . The method defined in claim 1 , further comprising:

managing the retail transaction for a plurality of said members.

7 . The method defined in claim 1 , further comprising:

notifying warehouse to ship out product to customer.

8 . A method for managing the operation of online-offline retail business, the method comprising the steps of:

a. providing plurality of members to list information to database;

b. matching and pairing retail provider, merchant and product providers;

c. generating list of relevant retail space layout templates to said member;

d. receiving purchase transaction from retail facility; and transmitting purchase transaction to a plurality of said members.

9 . The method defined in claim 8 , further comprising:

managing the sample for a plurality of said members.

10 . The method defined in claim 8 , further comprising:

allocating retail spot for a plurality of said members by auctioning.

11 . A method for managing the operation of online-offline retail business, the method comprising the steps of:

a. providing plurality of members to access and list plurality of items to database;

b. matching and pairing retail provider, merchant and product providers;

c. managing the sample for a plurality of said members;

d. receiving purchase transaction from retail facility; and transmitting purchase transaction to a plurality of said members.

12 . The method defined in claim 11 , further comprising:

creating list of relevant retail space layout templates to said member.

13 . The method defined in claim 11 , further comprising:

setting up retail space for said member.

14 . The method defined in claim 11 , further comprising:

allocating retail spot for a plurality of said members by auctioning.

15 . A method for managing the operation of online-offline retail business, the method comprising the steps of:

a. providing plurality of members to list information to database;

b. receiving retail space information from retail provider;

c. managing the sample for a plurality of said members;

d. receiving purchase transaction from retail facility; and

notifying warehouse to ship out product to customer.

16 . The method defined in claim 15 , further comprising:

creating list of relevant retail space layout templates to said member.

17 . The method defined in claim 15 , further comprising:

setting up retail space for said member.

18 . The method defined in claim 15 , further comprising:

allocating retail spot for a plurality of said members by auctioning.
