1. An antibody that binds to the glycan motif Fucα1-2Galβ1-3GlcNAcβ1-3Galβ1 or Fucα1-2Galβ1-3GlcNAc, wherein the antibody is cytotoxic against undifferentiated pluripotent cells, and wherein the antibody comprises:

4. The antibody of claim 1 , wherein the glycan motif is Fucα1-2Galβ1-3GlcNAcβ1-3Galβ1.

5. The antibody of claim 1 , wherein the antibody is bivalent.
