providing remote access to a provider or a monitor over a network so that the provider or monitor can update the notes in real time;

converting the unstandardized formatted notes into standardized formatted insights using natural language processing (NLP);

matching a value added service from a database of vetted value added services based upon the care recipient's physical and mental limitations and location in the profile, the value added service rating, and the standardized formatted insights, wherein the value added service is a non-healthcare related activity;

transmitting, in real time, the matched value added service to an entire network of individuals associated with the care recipient, wherein the network includes at least the care recipient and a financial decision maker for approval;

receiving approval from the financial decision maker; and

automatically arranging delivery of the value added service, including arranging transportation for the care recipient, and at least one of scheduling the value added service, generating offers, vetting the value added service and monitoring the care recipient.

2. The system of claim 1 , wherein the value added service may include at least one of an event, a professional service, a personal service, and an activity.

5. The system of claim 2 , wherein a personal service includes at least one of feeding, companionship, grooming, and personal assistance.

6. The system of claim 2 , wherein a professional service includes any of a home repair service, a plumbing service, legal service, a painting service, a cleaning service, and financial service.

7. The system of claim 1 , wherein the matching is further configured to optimize the value added service to the profile of the recipient, wherein the profile includes likes and dislikes.

8. The system of claim 1 , further comprising receiving a request for the value added service by at least one of the recipient, family or friends of the recipient, a provider of care to the recipient, or is inferred.

9. The system of claim 8 , wherein the request is inferred from length of time between previous value added service offering, and the availability of a new value added service offering.

10. A computerized method for providing value added services to a care recipient, the method comprising:

storing a profile of a care recipient;

receiving notes about mental and physical health of the care recipient in an unstandardized format from a care provider;

providing remote access to a provider or monitor over a network so that the provider or monitor can update the notes in real time;

converting the unstandardized formatted notes into standardized formatted insights using natural language processing (NLP);

matching a value added service from a database of vetted value added services based upon the care recipient's physical and mental limitations and location in the profile, the value added service rating, and the standardized formatted insights, wherein the value added service is a non-healthcare related activity;

transmitting, in real time, the matched value added service to an entire network of individuals associated with the care recipient, wherein the network includes at least the care recipient and a financial decision maker for approval;

receiving approval for the value added service from the financial decision maker; and

automatically arranging delivery of the value added service to the care recipient, including arranging transportation for the care recipient, and at least one of scheduling the value added service, generating offers, vetting the value added service and monitoring the care.

11. The method of claim 10 , wherein the value added service may include at least one of an event, a professional service, a personal service, and an activity.

12. The method of claim 11 , wherein the activity includes at least one of a social engagement, a walk, a sport activity, an art class, a game, and visiting an attraction.
