Abstract

A nonaqueous electrolyte battery and a battery package are provided. The nonaqueous electrolyte battery includes a battery element; a nonaqueous electrolyte; and a battery package configured to accommodate the battery element, wherein the battery package includes a first layer; a second layer including a carbon material; and a metal layer, wherein the second layer is directly provided on the metal layer.

Claims (43)

1. A battery package configured to accommodate a battery element of a nonaqueous electrolyte battery, the battery package comprising:

a first layer;

a second layer including a carbon particle; and

a metal layer,

wherein the second layer is directly provided on the metal layer and the second layer is between the first layer and the metal layer,

wherein the carbon particle has an particle diameter of 1.0 μm or less, and

wherein the second layer has a thickness of 1 μm to 5 μm.

2. The battery package according to claim 1 , wherein the carbon particle has a particle diameter of 0.5 μm or less.

3. A nonaqueous electrolyte battery comprising:

a battery element;

a nonaqueous electrolyte; and

a battery package configured to accommodate the battery element,

wherein the battery package comprising:

a first layer;

a second layer including a carbon particle; and

a metal layer,

wherein the second layer is directly provided on the metal layer and the second layer is between the first layer and the metal layer,

wherein the carbon particle has a particle diameter of 1.0 μm or less, and

wherein the second layer has a thickness of 1 μm to 5 μm.

4. The battery according to claim 3 , wherein the second layer has CMY values of C (cyan), M (magenta), and Y (yellow) that are each 70 or more.

5. The battery according to claim 3 , wherein the metal layer includes at least one of aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, copper, or iron plated with tin, zinc, or nickel.

6. The battery according to claim 3 ,

wherein the carbon particle has a particle diameter of 0.5 μm or less.

7. The battery according to claim 6 , wherein an exterior color of the battery package is a black color.

8. The battery according to claim 7 , wherein an outer surface of the first layer includes at least one of letters or patterns.

9. The battery according to claim 8 , wherein the black color indicates CMY values of C (cyan), M (magenta), and Y (yellow) that are each 70 or more.

10. The battery according to claim 9 , wherein the first layer includes at least one of a nylon, a poly(ethylene terephthalate), a poly(ethylene naphthalate), a poly(butylene terephthalate), or a poly(butylene naphthalate).

11. The battery according to claim 10 , wherein the second layer further includes a resin.

12. The battery according to claim 11 , wherein the metal layer has a thickness of 50 μm to 150 μm.

13. The battery according to claim 12 ,

wherein the carbon particle has an emissivity of 0.6 or more.

14. The battery according to claim 13 , further comprising a third layer provided between the first layer and the second layer.

15. The battery according to claim 14 , wherein the first layer is an outer layer and the third layer is an adhesive layer.

16. A nonaqueous electrolyte battery comprising:

a battery element;

a nonaqueous electrolyte; and

a battery package configured to accommodate the battery element,

wherein the battery package comprising:

a first layer;

a second layer including a carbon material; and

a metal layer,

wherein the second layer is directly provided on the metal layer and the second layer is between the first layer and the metal layer, and

wherein an amount of the carbon material in the second layer is 60 to 80 percent by weight.
