Abstract

An object of the present invention is to decrease the resistance of a power supply line, to suppress a voltage drop in the power supply line, and to prevent defective display. A connection terminal portion includes a plurality of connection terminals. The plurality of connection terminals is provided with a plurality of connection pads which is part of the connection terminal. The plurality of connection pads includes a first connection pad and a second connection pad having a line width different from that of the first connection pad. Pitches between the plurality of connection pads are equal to each other.

Claims (26)

1. A display device comprising:

a pixel portion including a light emitting element;

a connection terminal portion including a connection pad; and

a wiring portion including a wire electrically connected to the connection pad and an electrode of the light emitting element, the wire comprising narrow wire portions and a wide wire portion,

wherein the narrow wire portions are between the connection terminal portion and the pixel portion as seen from top view,

wherein a region in which a first contact hole, a second contact hole, a third contact hole, a fourth contact hole, a fifth contact hole and a sixth contact hole are formed and the wide wire portion overlap each other, and

wherein the first contact hole, the second contact hole, the third contact hole, the fourth contact hole, the fifth contact hole and the sixth contact hole are between the narrow wire portions and the pixel portion as seen from top view.

2. The display device according to claim 1 ,

wherein the pixel portion is sealed by solid.

3. The display device according to claim 1 ,

wherein the narrow wire portions and a sealing region overlap each other.

4. A display device comprising:

a pixel portion including a light emitting element;

a connection terminal portion including a first connection pad and a second connection pad; and

a wiring portion including:

a first wire electrically connected to the first connection pad, the first wire comprising first narrow wire portions and a first wide wire portion; and

a second wire electrically connected to the second connection pad, the second wire comprising second narrow wire portions and a second wide wire portion,

wherein the first narrow wire portions are between the connection terminal portion and the pixel portion as seen from top view,

wherein the second narrow wire portions are between the connection terminal portion and the pixel portion as seen from top view,

wherein the number of the first narrow wire portions is larger than the number of the second narrow wire portions, and

wherein a line width of the first wide wire portion is larger than a line width of the second wide wire portion.

5. The display device according to claim 4 ,

wherein the pixel portion is sealed by solid.

6. The display device according to claim 4 ,

wherein the first narrow wire portions and a sealing region overlap each other, and

wherein the second narrow wire portions and the sealing region overlap each other.
