Abstract

A wiper blade for cleaning a vehicle windscreen having a carrier element configured to hold a wiper rubber is disclosed. A wiper blade adapter, fixed to the carrier element, is configured to detachably connect the wiper blade to a wiper arm. The wiper arm includes a wiper arm adapter disposed on the wiper arm that is oriented along a longitudinal extension of the wiper arm in an assembly direction. The wiper blade adapter includes a first adapter section attached to the carrier element, a second adapter section configured to directly connect to the wiper arm adapter, and indirectly connect to the wiper arm via the wiper arm adapter, a joint that articulates the first adapter section and the second adapter section, and an electrical connecting element having an electrical contact configured to reversibly establish an electrical connection between a heating element and a current supply disposed on the wiper arm.

Claims (29)

1. A wiper blade for cleaning a vehicle windscreen, comprising:

a carrier element configured to hold a wiper rubber, wherein the wiper rubber comprises a wiping lip configured to directly contact the vehicle windscreen, wherein the wiper blade is one selected from a group consisting of a flat wiper blade and flat-bar wiper blade;

a wiper blade adapter, fixed to the carrier element, that is configured to detachably connect the wiper blade to a wiper arm,

wherein the wiper arm comprises a wiper arm adapter disposed on the wiper arm,

wherein the wiper arm adapter is oriented along a longitudinal extension of the wiper arm in an assembly direction,

wherein the wiper blade adapter comprises:

a first adapter section attached to the carrier element,

a second adapter section, independent from the first adapter section, configured to:

directly connect to the wiper arm adapter, and

indirectly connect to the wiper arm via the wiper arm adapter,

a joint that articulates the first adapter section and the second adapter section,

a first electrical connecting element on a wiper blade side of the wiper blade adapter comprising:

an electrical contact configured to reversibly establish an electrical connection between a heating element and a current supply, wherein the current supply is disposed on the wiper arm, and

a housing,

wherein the first electrical connecting element is configured for detachable connection to a second electrical connecting element disposed on a wiper arm side of the wiper blade adapter,

wherein the detachable connection between the first electrical connecting element and the second electrical connecting element is formed along the assembly direction,

wherein the detachable connection is between the housing of the first electrical connecting element and the second electrical connecting element,

wherein the first electrical connecting element is mounted to the wiper blade adapter,

wherein the mounted first electrical connecting element is floating from the wiper blade adapter,

wherein the mounted first electrical connecting element is deflectable in a spatial plane crossways in relation to the assembly direction.

2. The wiper blade according to claim 1 , wherein the housing comprising:

a recess configured to receive a web of the wiper blade adapter.

3. The wiper blade according to claim 2 , wherein a length of the recess is perpendicular to the assembly direction.

4. The wiper blade according to claim 2 , wherein a width of the recess is larger than a second width of the web.

5. The wiper blade according to claim 2 , wherein a depth of the recess is larger than a second depth of the web.

6. The wiper blade according to claim 2 , wherein the housing further comprising:

an elastic material disposed in the recess,

wherein the web directly contacts the elastic material,

wherein the web does not contact the housing.
