Abstract

The present disclosure provides systems and methods for personalizing a campaign to a recipient based on interactive surveys. A link to the interactive survey, unique to each recipient, is sent to each recipient to track survey responses. The systems and methods may track the answers, the time spent in each section, and the recipient's eye movement. Based on the tracked information, the systems and methods identify one or more interests of the recipient and match a related product to that interest. The systems and methods generate a campaign for the recipient based on the identified interests for the related product.

Claims (80)

1. A method for generating a custom tailored campaign for an identified recipient comprising:

storing an interactive survey with multiple selectable channels, each selectable channel corresponding to a distinct area of personal preference and comprising questions concerning the distinct area of personal preference, wherein each distinct area of personal preference corresponds to a set of interests, the multiple selectable channels of the survey to be simultaneously presented by a channel selection tool for selection;

identifying a first content distributor;

creating, via a processor, a first electronically selectable link to the interactive survey, wherein the first link is uniquely associated with a first recipient selected among a set of recipients associated with the first content distributor;

distributing, over a network, the electronically selectable link to the first recipient;

receiving, from the first recipient, answers to the questions concerning an area of personal preference of a selectable channel selected by the first recipient from among the multiple selectable channels by utilizing the channel selection tool;

modifying a profile associated with the first recipient by storing the answers;

determining a time spent in each selectable channel of the multiple selectable channels by the first recipient;

tracking interactive requests made by the first recipient;

identifying a plurality of interests of the first recipient from the set of interests corresponding to the area of personal preference of the selectable channel selected by the first recipient based on at least (1) the received answers to the questions concerning the area of personal preference of the selectable channel selected by the first recipient, (2) the time spent in each selectable channel, and (3) the interactive requests;

matching at least one related product from a set of products to the identified plurality of interests; and

generating a custom tailored campaign associated with the first recipient based on the at least one related product and the plurality of interests of the first recipient, wherein a campaign comprises a series of communications from the first content distributor to the first recipient relating to the at least one product.

2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the interactive survey comprises audio, video, at least one image, and at least one PDF.

3. The method of claim 1 , further comprising distributing a script associated with the interactive survey to the first content distributor.

4. The method of claim 1 , wherein the distinct areas of personal preference comprise time allocation preference, product category interests, and retirement goals.

5. The method of claim 1 , wherein the channels included in the interactive survey are based on the location of the first recipient.

6. The method of claim 1 , wherein the channels included in the interactive survey are selected by the first content distributor.

7. The method of claim 1 , further comprising tracking the first recipient's eye movement; and

wherein identifying the plurality of interests for the first recipient is also based on the first recipient's eye movement.

8. The method of claim 7 , further comprising:

generating a heat map representative of the time spent in each selectable channel and the first recipient's eye movement; and

distributing the heat map to the first content distributor.

9. The method of claim 1 , further comprising:

generating a plurality of tags that indicate an area of interest;

associating at least one tag with each product in the set of products to indicate relevant interests; and

wherein the matching of related products to the identified interests is based on tags.

10. The method of claim 9 , further comprising:

determining all products associated with tags indicating at least one of the plurality interests of the first recipient;

presenting the products determined to be associated with tags indicating at least one of the plurality of interests of the first recipient to the first content distributor; and

receiving input from the first content distributor indicating the at least one product to match to the identified plurality of interests.

11. A method for generating a custom tailored campaign for an identified recipient comprising:

storing, via a storage medium, an initial campaign comprising:

an interactive survey with multiple selectable channels, each selectable channel corresponding to a distinct area of personal preference and comprising questions concerning the distinct area of personal preference, wherein each distinct area of personal preference corresponds to a set of interests, the multiple selectable channels of the survey to be simultaneously presented by a channel selection tool for selection, and

an initial series of planned interactions intended to induce a sale;

identifying a plurality of recipients;

generating a plurality of profiles, wherein each profile is associated with a recipient from the plurality of recipients;

creating, via a processor, a plurality of electronically selectable links to the interactive survey, wherein each link is uniquely associated with one of the plurality of profiles;

distributing, over a network, the plurality of electronically selectable links to the plurality of recipients associated with the plurality of profiles;

receiving, for each of the plurality of recipients, answers from a recipient to the questions concerning an area of personal preference of a selectable channel selected by the recipient from among the multiple selectable channels by using the channel selection tool;

determining a time spent in each selectable channel of the multiple selectable channels by each recipient;

tracking interactive requests made by each recipient;

modifying each of the plurality of profiles by storing (1) the answers to the questions concerning the area of personal preference of the selectable channel selected by the recipient associated with the profile, (2) the time spent, and (3) the interactive requests;

identifying a plurality of interests for each profile from the set of interests corresponding to the area of personal preference of the selectable channel selected by the recipient associated with the profile based on at least the stored (1) the answers to the questions concerning the area of personal preference of the selectable channel selected by the recipient associated with the profile, (2) the time spent, and (3) the interactive requests;

matching a least one related product from a set of products to the identified plurality of interests for each profile;

modifying the initial series of planned interactions for each recipient based on the at least one related product and the plurality of areas of interest for each profile to create a custom tailored campaign associated with each profile.

12. The method of claim 11 , further comprising:

identifying the location of each of the plurality of recipients;

aggregating the plurality of interests for each profile associated with a recipient located in a target area;

identifying at least one prevalent interest in the aggregated interests; and

modifying the initial campaign to create a local interactive survey for new recipients in the target area comprising channels with questions concerning areas of personal preference related to the at least one prevalent interest.

13. The method of claim 11 , further comprising:

identifying the location of each of the plurality of recipients;

aggregating the plurality of interests for each profile associated with a recipient located in a target area;

identifying at least one prevalent interest in the aggregated interests; and

publishing a local advertisement based on the prevalent interest.

14. The method of claim 11 , further comprising tracking each recipient's eye movement; and

wherein identifying the plurality of interests for each profile is also based on each recipient's eye movement.

15. The method of claim 14 , further comprising generating a plurality of heat maps for each profile representative of the time spent in each selectable channel by the recipient associated with the profile and the eye movement of the recipient associated with the profile.

16. A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing instructions that, when executed by a processor, are configured to cause the processor to perform operations for generating a custom tailored campaign for an identified recipient, the operations comprising:
