Abstract

A stretchable film including a stretchable film layer, a first skin layer disposed on the stretchable film layer on a first surface side, and a second skin layer disposed on the stretchable film layer on a second surface side, in which the stretchable film layer contains an elastomer, the first skin layer and the second skin layer contain a resin which does not have adhesiveness at 60° C., and the thickness of each of the first skin layer and the second skin layer is 0.1 μm to 4 μm.

Claims (41)

1. A stretchable film, comprising:

a stretchable film layer;

a first skin layer disposed on the stretchable film layer on a first surface side; and

a second skin layer disposed on the stretchable film layer on a second surface side,

wherein the stretchable film layer contains an elastomer,

the thickness of the stretchable film layer is 46 to 148.6 μm,

the first skin layer and the second skin layer contain a resin which does not have adhesiveness at 60° C.,

the thickness of each of the first skin layer and the second skin layer is 0.1 μm to 2 μm,

an amount of the resin in each of the first and second skin layers is 15 mass % to 90 mass %,

a ratio of the thickness of the stretchable film layer with respect to the thickness of the first skin layer or the second skin layer is 23:1 to 1486:1, and

the stretchable film is extensible in both a machine direction and a transverse direction.

2. The stretchable film according to claim 1 , wherein the elastomer contained in the stretchable film layer is an olefin-based elastomer.

3. The stretchable film according to claim 2 , wherein each resin contained in the first skin layer and the second skin layer has compatibility with respect to the elastomer.

4. The stretchable film according to claim 3 , wherein the first skin layer and the second skin layer are layers containing any one or both of polyethylene and polypropylene.

5. The stretchable film according to claim 2 , wherein a total thickness of the film is 8 μm to 150 μm.

6. The stretchable film according to claim 2 , wherein the first skin layer and the second skin layer are layers containing any one or both of polyethylene and polypropylene.

7. The stretchable film according to claim 1 , wherein the elastomer contained in the stretchable film layer is a styrene-based elastomer.

8. The stretchable film according to claim 7 , wherein a total thickness of the film is 8 μm to 150 μm.

9. The stretchable film according to claim 7 , wherein the first skin layer and the second skin layer are layers containing any one or both of polyethylene and polypropylene.

10. The stretchable film according to claim 1 , wherein a total thickness of the film is 8 μm to 150 μm.

11. The stretchable film according to claim 10 , wherein the first skin layer and the second skin layer are layers containing any one or both of polyethylene and polypropylene.

12. The stretchable film according to claim 1 , wherein the first skin layer and the second skin layer are layers containing any one or both of polyethylene and polypropylene.

13. The stretchable film according to claim 1 ,

wherein the stretchable film layer comprises 70 mass % or more of at least one copolymer selected from a group consisting of an α-olefin homopolymer,

the stretchable film layer comprises a stearic acid amide,

the first and second skin layers each have the same composition, and

the first and second skin layers each comprise a calcium carbonate.

14. The stretchable film according to claim 1 , wherein the stretchable film layer comprises 80 mass % or more of any one selected from a group consisting of a propylene-ethylene copolymer, an ethylene-octene copolymer, and a styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer,

the stretchable film layer comprises at least a stearic acid amide or a calcium carbonate,

the first and second skin layers each have the same composition, and

the first and second skin layers each comprise at least one selected from the group consisting of a calcium carbonate, a zeolite, a silica, and a glass.

15. The stretchable film according to claim 1 , wherein the stretchable film layer is made of any one selected from a group consisting of a propylene-ethylene copolymer, an ethylene-octene copolymer, and a styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer,

the first and second skin layers each have the same composition, and

the first and second skin layers each comprise at least one selected from a group consisting of a calcium carbonate, a zeolite, a silica, and a glass.

16. The stretchable film according to claim 1 ,

wherein the stretchable film layer comprises 80 mass % or more of any one selected from a group consisting of a propylene-ethylene copolymer, an ethylene-octene copolymer, and a styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer,

the first and second skin layers each have the same composition, and

the first and second skin layers are each made of a calcium carbonate and a polyethylene.

17. The stretchable film according to claim 1 , wherein each of the first and second skin layers further comprises an inorganic antiblocking agent.

18. The stretchable film according to claim 1 , wherein the stretchable film layer further comprises an inorganic antiblocking agent.

19. The stretchable film according to claim 1 , wherein the stretchable film is wound into a shape of a roll.
