Abstract

The invention relates to a novel class of compounds that exhibit activity inhibitory activity toward arginase, and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the compounds of the invention. Also provided herein are methods of treating cancer with the arginase inhibitors of the invention.

Claims (4)

1. A compound that has the structure:

or is a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

2. A pharmaceutical composition that provides a therapeutically effective amount of a compound according to claim 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

3. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 2 , further comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
