Abstract

A bracelet having a channel groove is provided. The bracelet has an outer side and an inner side. A channel groove is at least partially surrounding a circumference of the outer side. A hair band may fit within the channel groove.

Claims (19)

1. A bracelet system comprising:

a hair band comprising an elastic hoop having a circular cross section configured for securement about a grouping of hair of a user and a wrist of the user; and

a fully circumferential bracelet configured for wearing on the wrist, the fully circumferential bracelet comprising:

a body having an outer side, an inner side, and being non-openable and rigid, wherein said outer side is configured to face away from a wrist and said inner side is configured to face towards a wrist;

a channel groove formed in said body and extending along an entire circumference of said body said channel groove configured such that said hair band is selectively positionable in said channel groove and held in place by said channel groove without said hair band applying pressure to the wrist,

wherein both the hair band and the fully circumferential bracelet are configured to allow fingers of the user to repeatedly grab and remove the hair band from said channel groove for securement of the hair of the user.

2. The bracelet system of claim 1 , wherein said channel groove has a depth between about 1 mm and about 7 mm.

3. The bracelet system of claim 2 , wherein said channel groove has a width between about 1 mm and about 6 mm.

4. The bracelet system of claim 1 , wherein said channel groove has a depth between about 3 mm and about 5 mm.

5. The bracelet system of claim 1 , wherein said outer side has a convex configuration.

6. The bracelet system of claim 1 , wherein said inner side is smooth.

7. A bracelet system comprising:

a hair band comprising an elastic hoop having a circular cross section configured for securement about a grouping of hair of a user and a wrist of a user; and

a fully circumferential bracelet configured for wearing on the wrist, the fully circumferential bracelet comprising:

a body defining an outer side, an inner side, and being non-openable and rigid, wherein said outer side is configured to face away from a wrist and said inner side is configured to face towards a wrist; and

a channel groove formed in said outer side and extending along an entire circumference of said body, said channel groove configured such that said hair band is selectively positionable in said channel groove and held in place by said channel groove without said hair band applying pressure to the wrist,

wherein both the hair band and the fully circumferential bracelet are configured to allow fingers of the user to repeatably grab and remove the hair band from said channel groove for securement of the hair of the user.

8. The bracelet of claim 7 , wherein said outer side has a convex configuration.

9. The bracelet of claim 7 , wherein said inner side has a smooth configuration.
