Abstract

Disclosed herein, inter alia, are compositions and methods for inhibiting DNA2.

Claims (20)

1. A compound, having the formula:

or a tautomer of any of the foregoing.

2. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound of claim 1 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

3. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 2 , further comprising a chemotherapeutic agent, a PARP inhibitor, or a topoisomerase inhibitor.

4. The compound of claim 1 , wherein the compound is in the form of a pharmaceutically acceptable salt.

5. The compound of claim 1 , having the formula:

or a tautomer thereof.

6. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 2 comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and the compound having the formula:

or a tautomer thereof.

7. The compound of claim 1 , having the formula:

or a tautomer thereof.

8. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 2 comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and the compound having the formula:

or a tautomer thereof.

9. The compound of claim 1 , having the formula:

or a tautomer thereof.

10. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 2 comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and the compound having the formula:

or a tautomer thereof.

11. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 6 , further comprising a chemotherapeutic agent, a PARP inhibitor, or a topoisomerase inhibitor.

12. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 8 , further comprising a chemotherapeutic agent, a PARP inhibitor, or a topoisomerase inhibitor.

13. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 10 , further comprising a chemotherapeutic agent, a PARP inhibitor, or a topoisomerase inhibitor.
