Abstract

Described herein are pharmaceutical compositions capable of inhibiting vesicle formation and methods of treatment or prophylactic administration of these pharmaceutical compositions to treat pathogenic infections.

Claims (2)

A method for treating or preventing an infection in a subject, the method comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of a pharmaceutical composition having the general formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the infection is an Ebolavirus infection or a Marburgvirus infection:
