Antibodies targeting G-protein coupled receptor and methods of use
The presently disclosed subject matter provides antibodies that bind to GPRC5D and methods of using the same.
1. An anti-human G-protein coupled receptor family C group 5 member D (GPRC5D) antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, comprising:
(i) a heavy chain variable region comprising a CDR1 comprising the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 130, a CDR2 comprising the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 131 and a CDR3 comprising the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 132; and a light chain variable region comprising a CDR1 comprising the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 133, a CDR2 comprising the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:134 and a CDR3 comprising the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:135;

The anti-human GPRC5D antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof of claim 1 , wherein the light chain variable region comprises an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOS: 6, 14, 22, 26, 30, 34, 38, 42, 46, 50, 54, 58, 62, 66, 70, 74, 78, 82, 86, 90, 94, 299, 311, 323, 335, 347 and 359.
4. The anti-human GPRC5D antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof of claim 1 , wherein:
(a) the heavy chain variable region comprises an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOS: 5, 13, 21, 25, 29, 33, 37, 41, 45, 49, 53, 57, 61, 65, 69, 73, 77, 81, 85, 89, 93, 298, 310, 322, 334, 346 and 358; and

5. The anti-human GPRC5D antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof of claim 1 , wherein:
(i) the heavy chain variable region comprises an amino acid sequence that is at least about 90% homologous to the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:5, and the light chain variable region comprises an amino acid sequence that is at least about 90% homologous to the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:6;
(ii) the heavy chain variable region comprises an amino acid sequence that is at least about 90% homologous to the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:13, and the light chain variable region comprises an amino acid sequence that is at least about 90% homologous to the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:14;
