10. The apparatus of claim 8 , wherein the configuration indicates one or more of an alert and an offer.

11. The apparatus of claim 9 , wherein the user interface of the digital wallet application further displays a list of payment instruments on file and a list of available services corresponding to each payment instrument, the list including the service that the third party service provider provides to the digital wallet application.

12. The apparatus of claim 9 , wherein the memory stores further instructions that, when executed by the processor receive a service setting for the digital wallet application.

13. The apparatus of claim 12 , wherein a wireless mobile communications device executing the digital wallet application receives offers at a specified email address and phone number of the service setting for the digital wallet application.

14. The apparatus of claim 12 , wherein a wireless mobile communications device executing the digital wallet application receives the service based on a subscription setting of the service setting.

15. A third-party value added wallet (“VAW”) service processor-implemented method, comprising:

sending, using one or more processors, to a VAW server from a digital wallet application executing at a remote computing device, a first certificate and a first ID/password for a third party service provider to access the digital wallet application based on the first certificate, wherein the first certificate identifies the digital wallet application;

receiving, using the one or more processors, at the digital wallet application executing at the remote computing device, an indication from the VAW server that a second certificate and a second ID/password for the VAW server identifies the third party service provider;

in response to the indication from the VAW server that the first certificate and the first ID/password identifies the digital wallet application and the second ID/password for the VAW server identifies the third party service provider:

uploading, using the one or more processors at the VAW server, a configuration for a user interface of a service of the third party service provider from the VAW server to the digital wallet application, and

implementing the configuration for the service of the third party service provider in the digital wallet application;

determining, using the one or more processors, an integration privilege associated with the service that the third party service provider provides to the digital wallet application; and

integrating, using the one or more processors, the configuration for the user interface of the digital wallet application, wherein the configuration facilitates the service that the third party service provider provides to the digital wallet application;
