Abstract

A system, method, and computer program product are provided for enterprise service network design driven by deep machine learning and artificial intelligence. In operation, a network design system identifies an enterprise network service project to design. The network design system receives business requirement information associated with the enterprise network service design project. Additionally, the network design system receives commercial requirement information associated with the enterprise network service design project. The network design system automatically identifies a topology and inventory items to generate the enterprise network service design project utilizing at least one neural network deep learning technique. The topology and inventory items are identified based on a current inventory and information in one or more historical project databases. The neural network deep learning technique allocates identification tasks to a plurality of neural layers for selecting an optimal service design solution for the enterprise network service design project.

Claims (36)

1. A method, comprising:

identifying, by a network design system, an enterprise network service design project to design;

receiving, by the network design system, business requirement information associated with the enterprise network service design project;

receiving, by the network design system, commercial requirement information associated with the enterprise network service design project; and

inputting to at least one neural network of the network design system:

a current inventory of a communication service provider to implement the network service design project, and

information in one or more historical project databases indicating previously designed network topologies for other enterprise service network design projects;

processing the input, by the at least one neural network, to automatically identify a topology and inventory items to generate the enterprise network service design project, wherein the at least one neural network allocates identification tasks to a plurality of neural layers for selecting the topology and inventory items as an optimal service design solution for the enterprise network service design project;

wherein the optimal service design solution is built in layers, including at least a first layer segmenting a correct solution for each of a plurality of customer sites, a second layer identifying a correct combination of customer site topology and connectivity between the customer sites, and a third layer for a site-less topology.

2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the information in the one or more historical project databases further indicates equipment associated with each of the previously designed network topologies.

3. The method of claim 1 , further comprising generating, by the network design system, the optimal service design solution utilizing the topology and the inventory items.

4. The method of claim 1 , further comprising recommending, by the network design system, the optimal service design solution utilizing at least one user interface.

5. The method of claim 1 , wherein the topology and inventory items are further identified by the neural network based on the business requirement information and the commercial requirement information.

6. A computer program product embodied on a non-transitory computer readable medium, comprising computer code for:

identifying, by a network design system, an enterprise network service design project to design;

receiving, by the network design system, business requirement information associated with the enterprise network service design project;

receiving, by the network design system, commercial requirement information associated with the enterprise network service design project; and

inputting to at least one neural network of the network design system:

a current inventory of a communication service provider to implement the network service design project, and

information in one or more historical project databases indicating previously designed network topologies for other enterprise service network design projects;

processing the input, by the at least one neural network, to automatically identify a topology and inventory items to generate the enterprise network service design project, wherein the at least one neural network allocates identification tasks to a plurality of neural layers for selecting the topology and inventory items as an optimal service design solution for the enterprise network service design project;

wherein the optimal service design solution is built in layers, including at least a first layer segmenting a correct solution for each of a plurality of customer sites, a second layer identifying a correct combination of customer site topology and connectivity between the customer sites, and a third layer for a site-less topology.

7. The computer program product of claim 6 , wherein the information in the one or more historical project databases further indicates equipment associated with each of the previously designed network topologies.

8. The computer program product of claim 6 , further comprising computer code for generating, by the network design system, the optimal service design solution utilizing the topology and the inventory items.

9. The computer program product of claim 6 , further comprising computer code for recommending, by the network design system, the optimal service design solution utilizing at least one user interface.

10. A network design system, comprising one or more processors, operable for:

identifying, by the network design system, an enterprise network service design project to design;

receiving, by the network design system, business requirement information associated with the enterprise network service design project;

receiving, by the network design system, commercial requirement information associated with the enterprise network service design project; and
