TOUCH DISPLAY DEVICE
A touch display device includes a substrate, a display layer, an insulating layer, and a touch electrode layer. The display layer is disposed on the substrate, the insulating layer is disposed on the display layer, and the touch electrode layer directly contacts the insulating layer. The display layer has a first region, a second region and a third region, the second region is located between the first region and the third region, and the second region is foldable.
1 . A touch display device, comprising:
a substrate;
a display layer disposed on the substrate;
an insulating layer disposed on the display layer; and
a touch electrode layer directly contacting the insulating layer,
wherein the display layer has a first region, a second region and a third region, the second region is located between the first region and the third region, and the second region is foldable.
2 . The touch display device of claim 1 , wherein the display layer comprises a barrier portion and a plurality of display units, and the barrier portion is disposed between the display units.
3 . The touch display device of claim 2 , wherein the insulating layer has a first thickness corresponding to the display unit of the first region, the insulating layer has a second thickness corresponding to the display unit of the second region, and the first thickness is different from the second thickness.
4 . The touch display device of claim 2 , wherein the insulating layer comprises a first layer, a second layer and a third layer, the first layer is disposed between the display layer and the second layer, and the second layer is disposed between the first layer and the third layer, wherein the second layer has a third thickness corresponding to the display unit, the second layer has a fourth thickness corresponding to the barrier portion, and the third thickness is greater than the fourth thickness.
5 . The touch display device of claim 4 , wherein the first layer has a fifth thickness corresponding to the display unit, the third layer has a sixth thickness corresponding to the display unit, and the sixth thickness is greater than the fifth thickness.

The touch display device of claim 5 , wherein the insulating layer further comprises a fourth layer, the third layer is disposed between the second layer and the fourth layer, the fourth layer has a seventh thickness corresponding to the display unit, and the fifth thickness is greater than the seventh thickness.
7 . The touch display device of claim 2 , wherein the touch electrode layer comprises a mesh structure, and the mesh structure overlapped with the barrier portion.
8 . The touch display device of claim 7 , wherein a portion of the mesh structure corresponding to the first region has a first line width, a portion of the mesh structure corresponding to the second region has a second line width, and the first line width is different from the second line width.

The touch display device of claim 1 , wherein the touch electrode layer comprises a plurality of patterned units, the patterned unit corresponding to the first region has a first area, the patterned unit corresponding to the second region has a second area, and the first area is different from the second area.
10 . The touch display device of claim 1 , wherein the touch electrode layer comprises a plurality of patterned units, a material of the patterned unit corresponding to the first region is different from a material of the patterned unit corresponding to the second region.
11 . The touch display device of claim 1 , wherein the touch electrode layer comprises a plurality of patterned units, the patterned unit corresponding to the first region comprises a first patterned conductive layer, and the patterned unit corresponding to the second region comprises the first patterned conductive layer and a second patterned conductive layer disposed on the first patterned conductive layer.
12 . The touch display device of claim 11 , wherein a portion of the first patterned conductive layer corresponding to the second region has a plurality of openings.
13 . The touch display device of claim 1 , wherein the insulating layer comprises a first layer, a second layer and a third layer, the first layer is disposed between the display layer and the second layer, the second layer is disposed between the first layer and the third layer, the second layer comprises a first sub-layer disposed in the first region and a second sub-layer disposed in the second region, and a material of the first sub-layer is different from a material of the second sub-layer.
14 . The touch display device of claim 1 , further comprising a thin film transistor layer disposed between the insulating layer and the substrate, wherein the thin film transistor layer comprises a plurality of thin film transistors, and a number of the thin film transistors disposed in the second region is less than a number of the thin film transistors disposed in the first region.
15 . A touch display device, comprising:
a substrate;
a display layer disposed on the substrate;
an insulating layer disposed on the display layer; and
a touch electrode layer disposed between the insulating layer and the substrate,
wherein the display layer has a first region, a second region and a third region, the second region is located between the first region and the third region, and the second region is foldable.
16 . The touch display device of claim 15 , wherein the display layer comprises a barrier portion and a plurality of display units, the barrier portion is disposed between the display units, and one of the display units is formed of a first electrode, an organic layer, and a second electrode.
17 . The touch display device of claim 16 , wherein the touch electrode layer and the second electrode is formed of the same patterned conductive layer.
18 . The touch display device of claim 16 , wherein the touch electrode layer is electrically connected to an auxiliary electrode through a via hole in the barrier portion.
19 . The touch display device of claim 16 , wherein the touch electrode layer is electrically connected to a touch signal line through a via hole that penetrates through the barrier portion and a dielectric layer.
20 . The touch display device of claim 15 , wherein the touch electrode layer comprises a plurality of patterned units, the patterned unit corresponding to the first region has a first area, the patterned unit corresponding to the second region has a second area, and the first area is different from the second area.
