Graphene, composition for preparing graphene, and method of preparing graphene using the composition
Graphene, a composition for preparing graphene, and a method of preparing graphene using the composition are disclosed.
1. A method of preparing graphene, the method comprising:
doping graphene with a composition for preparing graphene to obtain doped graphene, the composition for preparing graphene comprising a nitrogen containing organic compound, an oxidizing agent, and an acid,
wherein the composition for preparing graphene comprises:
a nitrogen-containing organic compound;
an oxidizing agent; and
an acid,
wherein the nitrogen-containing organic compound is at least one selected from the group consisting of (i) imidazole, (ii) benzimidazole, (iii) imidazole substituted with at least one of deuterium, methyl group, and ethyl group, and (iv) benzimidazole substituted with at least one of deuterium, methyl group, and ethyl group.
2. The method of claim 1 , comprising the steps of:
(a) combining a carrier film with one side of graphene;
(b) doping a laminate of the graphene and the carrier film with a composition for preparing graphene to obtain doped graphene, the composition for preparing graphene comprising a nitrogen-containing organic compound, an oxidizing agent, and an acid; and
(c) transferring the doped graphene onto a target film.
3. The method of claim 1 , comprising:
combining a target film with one side of the graphene, followed by doping a laminate of the graphene and the target film with the composition for preparing graphene to obtain doped graphene.
