COMMUNICATION SYSTEM FOR SUPPORTING CARRIER AGGREGATION AND METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR UPDATING SYSTEM INFORMATION THEREOF
A communication system for supporting carrier aggregation and a method and apparatus for updating system information thereof are disclosed. A method for providing system information in the communication system supporting carrier aggregation includes: when system information of said communication system changes, generating first information including information for indicating the change of system information; determining a first cell of a terminal related to the change of system information, wherein said first cell is one of cells to which said terminal connects, and corresponds to a carrier unit currently used by said terminal for keeping connection with a base station of said communication system; and transmitting said first information to said terminal through said first cell.

2 . An electronic device in a communication system, comprising circuitry, configured to
receive a dedicated signaling via a first radio resource with a first coverage, the first radio resource is being used by the electronic device to kept in connection with a master node of the communication system; and
read the dedicated signaling to obtain first information which comprises indication information indicating that there is a change in system information of the communication system, and to obtain changed system information based on the indication information,
wherein the first information comprises identification information of a second radio resource with a second coverage relevant to the change in system information, the second radio resource is also being used by the electronic device in addition to the first radio resource to communicate with the master node to increase the communication channel capacity, the changed system information comprising radio resource configuration information of the second radio resource.
3 . The electronic device according to claim 2 , wherein the dedicated signaling corresponds to a single radio resource control connection reconfiguration signaling.
4 . The electronic device according to claim 2 , wherein the changed system information is included in the dedicated signaling.
5 . The electronic device according to claim 2 , wherein the first radio resource corresponds to a first component carrier and the first coverage corresponds to a first serving cell which provides security input and Non Access Stratum mobility information to the electronic device.
6 . The electronic device according to claim 5 , wherein the second radio resource corresponds to a second component carrier and the second coverage corresponds to a second serving cell, the second component carrier is aggregated with the first component carrier via carrier aggregation.
7 . The electronic device according to claim 2 , wherein the circuitry is configured to read the radio resource configuration information of the second radio resource to identify frequency band information of the second radio resource.
8 . The electronic device according to claim 2 , wherein the circuitry is configured to receive the dedicated signaling on a Dedicated Control Channel.
9 . The electronic device according to claim 2 , wherein the master node is a base station.
10 . The electronic device according to claim 2 , wherein the electronic device is a user equipment and the communication system is a Long Term Evolution based system.
11 . An electronic device in a communication system, comprising circuitry, configured to
receive a dedicated signaling via a first radio resource with a first coverage, the first radio resource is being used by the electronic device to kept in connection with a master node of the communication system; and
read the dedicated signaling to obtain first information which comprises changed system information in case that there is a change in system information of the communication system,
wherein the first information comprises identification information of a second radio resource with a second coverage relevant to the change in system information, the second radio resource is also being used by the electronic device in addition to the first radio resource to communicate with the master node to increase the communication channel capacity, the changed system information comprising radio resource configuration information of the second radio resource.
12 . A communication method in a communication system, comprising receiving a dedicated signaling via a first radio resource with a first coverage, the first radio resource is being used by the electronic device to kept in connection with a master node of the communication system; and
reading the dedicated signaling to obtain first information which comprises indication information indicating that there is a change in system information of the communication system, and to obtain changed system information based on the indication information,
wherein the first information comprises identification information of a second radio resource with a second coverage relevant to the change in system information, the second radio resource is also being used by the electronic device in addition to the first radio resource to communicate with the master node to increase the communication channel capacity, the changed system information comprising radio resource configuration information of the second radio resource.
13 . The communication method according to claim 12 , wherein the dedicated signaling corresponds to a single radio resource control connection reconfiguration signaling.
14 . The communication method according to claim 12 , wherein the changed system information is included in the dedicated signaling.
15 . The communication method according to claim 12 , wherein the first radio resource corresponds to a first component carrier and the first coverage corresponds to a first serving cell which provides security input and Non Access Stratum mobility information to the electronic device.
16 . The communication method according to claim 15 , wherein the second radio resource corresponds to a second component carrier and the second coverage corresponds to a second serving cell, the second component carrier is aggregated with the first component carrier via carrier aggregation.
17 . The communication method according to claim 12 , wherein the method comprises reading the radio resource configuration information of the second radio resource to identify frequency band information of the second radio resource.
18 . The communication method according to claim 12 , wherein the method comprises receiving the dedicated signaling on a Dedicated Control Channel.
19 . The communication method according to claim 12 , wherein the master node is a base station.
20 . The communication d according to claim 12 , wherein the communication system is a Long Term Evolution based system.
21 . A communication method in a communication system, comprising
receiving a dedicated signaling via a first radio resource with a first coverage, the first radio resource is being used by the electronic device to kept in connection with a master node of the communication system; and
reading the dedicated signaling to obtain first information which comprises changed system information in case that there is a change in system information of the communication system,
wherein the first information comprises identification information of a second radio resource with a second coverage relevant to the change in system information, the second radio resource is also being used by the electronic device in addition to the first radio resource to communicate with the master node to increase the communication channel capacity, the changed system information comprising radio resource configuration information of the second radio resource.
22 . A non-transitory computer readable storage medium including executable instructions, which when executed by an information processing machine cause the information processing machine to execute a method for a user equipment, the method comprising:
receiving a dedicated signaling via a first radio resource with a first coverage, the first radio resource is being used by the electronic device to kept in connection with a master node of the communication system; and
reading the dedicated signaling to obtain first information which comprises indication information indicating that there is a change in system information of the communication system, and to obtain changed system information based on the indication information,
wherein the first information comprises identification information of a second radio resource with a second coverage relevant to the change in system information, the second radio resource is also being used by the electronic device in addition to the first radio resource to communicate with the master node to increase the communication channel capacity, the changed system information comprising radio resource configuration information of the second radio resource.
23 . A non-transitory computer readable storage medium including executable instructions, which when executed by an information processing machine cause the information processing machine to execute a method for a user equipment, the method comprising:
receiving a dedicated signaling via a first radio resource with a first coverage, the first radio resource is being used by the electronic device to kept in connection with a master node of the communication system; and
reading the dedicated signaling to obtain first information which comprises changed system information in case that there is a change in system information of the communication system,
wherein the first information comprises identification information of a second radio resource with a second coverage relevant to the change in system information, the second radio resource is also being used by the electronic device in addition to the first radio resource to communicate with the master node to increase the communication channel capacity, the changed system information comprising radio resource configuration information of the second radio resource.
