MULTIFUNCTIONAL IMMATURE DENTAL PULP STEM CELLS AND THERAPEUTIC APPLICATIONS
The present invention is directed to therapeutic multifunctional immature dental pulp stem cells (IDPSCs), and IDPSCs multi-lineage compositions. The invention is further directed to the use of IDPSCs and compositions to reduce the risk of and/or treat degenerative diseases or for other medicinal and aesthetic purposes.

104 . A pharmaceutical formulation comprising migratory immature dental pulp stem cells (IDPSCs) expressing CD73 (ecto-5′-nucleotidase), p53, and p75.
105 . The pharmaceutical formulation according to claim 104 , wherein the IDPSCs express CD105, CD73, and CD90 and lack expression of CD45, CD34, and HLA-DR.
106 . The pharmaceutical formulation according to claim 104 , wherein the IDPSCs express CD29 (integrin beta 1).
107 . The pharmaceutical formulation according to claim 104 , wherein the migratory IDPSCs are in a unit dosage injectable form.
108 . The pharmaceutical formulation according to claim 107 , wherein the unit dosage injectable form is selected from the group consisting of a solution, a suspension, a dispersion, and an emulsion.
109 . The pharmaceutical formulation according to claim 108 , wherein the unit dosage injectable form is an aqueous dispersion.
110 . The pharmaceutical formulation according to claim 109 , wherein the pH of the aqueous dispersion is between about 6.8 and about 7.5.
111 . The pharmaceutical formulation according to claim 109 , wherein the ionic strength of the aqueous dispersion is between about 0.1 and about 0.2.
112 . The pharmaceutical formulation according to claim 104 , further comprising a fluid lubricant.
113 . The pharmaceutical formulation according to claim 104 , further comprising a carrier.
114 . The pharmaceutical formulation according to claim 113 , wherein the carrier is a solvent or a dispersing medium.
115 . The pharmaceutical formulation according to claim 113 , wherein the carrier comprises water, saline, or phosphate buffered saline.
116 . The pharmaceutical formulation according to claim 104 , further comprising an additive and/or an excipient.
117 . The pharmaceutical formulation according to claim 116 , wherein the additive and/or excipient are present in an amount of 0.001 to 50 weight percent.
118 . A pharmaceutical composition comprising migratory IDPSCs expressing CD73 (ecto-5′-nucleotidase), p53, and p75 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or vehicle for cell therapy.
119 . The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 118 , wherein the IDPSCs express CD105, CD73, and CD90 and lack expression of CD45, CD34, and HLA-DR.
120 . The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 118 , wherein the IDPSCs express CD29 (integrin beta 1).
121 . The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 118 , wherein the carrier is a solvent or a dispersing medium.
122 . The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 118 , wherein the carrier comprises water, saline, or phosphate buffered saline.
123 . The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 118 , further comprising a fluid lubricant.
