Electrode, secondary battery, battery pack, electric vehicle, electric power storage system, electric power tool, and electronic apparatus
A battery is provided. The battery includes a cathode; an anode; an interlayer provided between the cathode and the anode; wherein the interlayer includes an electrolytic solution, a polymer compound, and one or more of a polyphosphate salt, a melamine salt, a metal hydroxide, and a metal hydrate.
1. A battery comprising:
a cathode;
an anode;
an electrolytic solution;
an interlayer provided between the cathode and the anode;
wherein the interlayer includes at least one of a polymer compound, and one or more of a polyphosphate salt, a melamine salt, a metal hydroxide, and a metal hydrate,
the interlayer further includes a melamine derivative represented by Formula (1)
where R1 to R6 are each one of a hydrogen group (—H), a monovalent hydrocarbon group, a monovalent hydroxyl-group-containing hydrocarbon group, a monovalent group obtained by bonding one or more monovalent hydrocarbon groups and one or more oxygen bonds (—O—), a monovalent group obtained by bonding one or more monovalent hydroxyl-group-containing hydrocarbon groups and one or more oxygen bonds, and a monovalent group obtained by bonding two or more thereof.
2. The battery according to claim 1 , further comprising a separator provided between the cathode and the anode,
wherein the interlayer is provided between the cathode and the separator and partially enters into the cathode.
3. The battery according to claim 2 ,
wherein adhesion intensity of the interlayer with respect to the separator is higher than adhesion intensity of the interlayer with respect to the cathode.
4. The battery according to claim 1 , further comprising a separator provided between the cathode and the anode,
wherein the interlayer is provided between the anode and the separator and partially enters into the anode.
5. The battery according to claim 4 ,
wherein adhesion intensity of the interlayer with respect to the separator is higher than adhesion intensity of the interlayer with respect to the anode.
6. The battery according to claim 1 , further comprising a separator provided between the cathode and the anode,
wherein the interlayer includes a first interlayer and a second interlayer, the first interlayer being provided between the cathode and the separator and partially entering into the cathode, and the second interlayer being provided between the anode and the separator and partially entering into the anode.
7. The battery according to claim 6 ,
wherein adhesion intensity of the first interlayer with respect to the separator is higher than adhesion intensity of the first interlayer with respect to the cathode, and adhesion intensity of the second interlayer with respect to the separator is higher than adhesion intensity of the second interlayer with respect to the anode.
8. The battery according to claim 1 ,
wherein the interlayer is a separator.
9. The battery according to claim 1 ,
wherein the monovalent hydrocarbon group is an alkyl group having carbon number from 1 to 5 both inclusive, and the monovalent hydroxyl-group-containing hydrocarbon group is a hydroxyalkyl group having carbon number from 1 to 5 both inclusive.
10. The battery according to claim 1 ,
wherein the polyphosphate salt includes one or more of ammonium polyphosphate, magnesium polyphosphate, barium polyphosphate, zinc polyphosphate, nickel polyphosphate, aluminum polyphosphate, and melamine polyphosphate.
11. The battery according to claim 1 ,
wherein the melamine salt includes one or more of melamine cyanurate and melamine sulfate.
12. The battery according to claim 1 ,
wherein the metal hydroxide includes one or more of aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, talc and imogolite.
13. The battery according to claim 1 ,
wherein the metal hydrate includes one or more of boehmite, hydrotalcite, sepiolite, sericite, saponite, attapulgite and montmorillonite.
14. A battery pack comprising the battery according to claim 1 .
15. An electric vehicle comprising the battery according to claim 1 ;
a conversion section configured to convert electric power supplied from the battery into drive power;
a drive section configured to operate according to the drive power.
16. An electric power storage system comprising the battery according to claim 1 .
17. An electric power tool comprising the battery according to claim 1 .
18. An electric apparatus comprising the battery according to claim 1 .
19. An electrode comprising:
an active material layer;
an electrolytic solution; and
a surface layer provided on the active material layer;
wherein the surface layer includes at least one of a polymer compound, and one or more of a polyphosphate salt, a melamine salt, a metal hydroxide, and a metal hydrate,
the surface layer further includes a melamine derivative represented by Formula (1)
where R1 to R6 are each one of a hydrogen group (—H), a monovalent hydrocarbon group, a monovalent hydroxyl-group-containing hydrocarbon group, a monovalent group obtained by bonding one or more monovalent hydrocarbon groups and one or more oxygen bonds (—O—), a monovalent group obtained by bonding one or more monovalent hydroxyl-group-containing hydrocarbon groups and one or more oxygen bonds, and a monovalent group obtained by bonding two or more thereof.
