Recovery data with content identifiers

1. A method of receiving a recovery file format from a provider, the method comprising:

(a) receiving a recovery data table including a RecoveryDataTable element;

(b) receiving a thisComponent field of said RecoveryDataTable element describing a media component embedded with a watermark containing a VP1 payload containing serverCode and intervalCode, the VP1 payload is a specific arrangement of a 50-bit VP1 payload;

(c) receiving a contentID field of said RecoveryDataTable element describing a type of content identifier having a cardinality of 0 . . . N;

(d) receiving a svcInetUrl field of said RecoveryDataTable element for service;

(e) receiving a URLValue field of said svcInetUrl field describing URL to access Internet signaling files for said service; and

(f) decoding at least one element of said recovery data table.

2. The method of claim 1 wherein said recovery data table is in a java script object notation (JSON) format compliant with a java script object notation (JSON) schema.

3. The method of claim 2 wherein said contentID field includes an array of objects that includes a string type corresponding to an entertainment identifier register (EIDR) content ID system.

4. The method of claim 3 wherein said string type corresponding to the entertainment identifier register (EIDR) content ID system includes a character canonical form that matches a pattern of

{circumflex over ( )}10\\.5240\/([0-9a-fA-F]{4}-){5}[0-9A-Z]$.

5. The method of claim 4 wherein said string type corresponding to the entertainment identifier register (EIDR) content ID system further includes a validFrom date.

6. The method of claim 5 wherein said string type corresponding to the entertainment identifier register (EIDR) content ID system further includes a validUntil date.

7. The method of claim 2 wherein said contentID field includes an array of objects that includes a string type corresponding to an advertising identifier (AD-ID) content ID system.

8. The method of claim 7 wherein said string type corresponding to the advertising identifier (AD-ID) content ID system includes a character canonical form that matches a pattern of

{circumflex over ( )}[1-9a-zA-Z]{1}[0-9a-zA-Z]{10}(H|D)?|{circumflex over ( )}[0-9]{1,10}$.

9. The method of claim 8 wherein said string type corresponding to the advertising identifier (AD-ID) content ID system further includes a validFrom date.

10. The method of claim 9 wherein said string type corresponding to the advertising identifier (AD-ID) content ID system further includes a validUntil date.

11. Receiver circuitry receiving a recovery file format from a provider, said receiver circuitry configured to:

(a) receiving a recovery data table including a RecoveryDataTable element from said provier;

(b) receiving a thisComponent field of said RecoveryDataTable element describing a media component embedded with a watermark containing a VP1 payload containing serverCode and intervalCode, the VP1 payload is a specific arrangement of a 50-bit VP1 Payload, the watermark being provided by a watermark inserter;

(c) receiving a contentID field of said RecoveryDataTable element describing a type of content identifier having a cardinality of 0 . . . N;

(d) receiving a svcInetUrl field of said RecoveryDataTable element for service;

(e) receiving a URLValue field of said svcInetUrl field describing URL to access Internet signaling files for said service; and

(f) decoding at least one element of said recovery data table by decoder circuitry included with said receiver circuitry.

12. The receiver of claim 11 wherein said recovery data table is in a java script object notation (JSON) format compliant with a java script object notation (JSON) schema.

13. The receiver of claim 12 wherein said contentID field includes an array of objects that includes a string type corresponding to an entertainment identifier register (EIDR) content ID system.

14. The receiver of claim 13 wherein said string type corresponding to the entertainment identifier register (EIDR) content ID system includes a character canonical form that matches a pattern of

{circumflex over ( )}10\\.5240\/([0-9a-fA-F]{4}-){5}[0-9A-Z]$.

15. The receiver of claim 14 wherein said string type corresponding to the entertainment identifier register (EIDR) content ID system further includes a validFrom date.

16. The receiver of claim 15 wherein said string type corresponding to the entertainment identifier register (EIDR) content ID system further includes a validUntil date.

17. The receiver of claim 12 said contentID field includes an array of objects that includes a string type corresponding to an advertising identifier (AD-ID) content ID system.

18. The receiver of claim 17 wherein said string type corresponding to the advertising identifier (AD-ID) content ID system includes a character canonical form that matches a pattern of

{circumflex over ( )}[1-9a-zA-Z]{1}[0-9a-zA-Z]{10}(H|D)?|{circumflex over ( )}[0-9]{1,10}$.

19. The receiver of claim 18 wherein said string type corresponding to the advertising identifier (AD-ID) content ID system further includes a validFrom date.

20. The receiver of claim 19 said string type corresponding to the advertising identifier (AD-ID) content ID system further includes a validUntil date.
