Abstract

Compounds of Formulae I, II or III, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, are useful as CDK inhibitors.

Claims (6)

1. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and an effective amount of the compound of the structure:

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; wherein the pharmaceutical composition is in the form of a liquid dosage form.

2. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1 , wherein the composition comprises between 1 and 1000 milligrams of the compound of the structure:

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

3. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1 , wherein the composition comprises between 1 and 500 milligrams of the compound of the structure:

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
