Abstract

The invention provides derivatives of cyclopamine having the following formula:

Claims (7)

1. A compound having the structure of

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

2. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of claim 1 , a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a mixture thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.

3. An isolated compound selected from

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

4. The compound of claim 3 , wherein said compound is epimerically pure.

5. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of claim 3 , a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a mixture thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
