Abstract

A physiological detection device includes an array sensor and a processing unit. The array sensor is configured to output array photoplethysmography (PPG) signals. The processing unit is configured to construct a 3D energy distribution, and identify an arc-like pattern in the 3D energy distribution according to the array PPG signals to accordingly identify different microcirculation states and an attaching status.

Claims (27)

1. A physiological detection device, comprising:

a light source module configured to irradiate light of a first wavelength on a tissue area;

a photosensitive array configured to detect outgoing light from the tissue area and output a plurality of photoplethysmography (PPG) signals;

a display configured to show a detected result of the physiological detection device; and

a processing unit configured to

convert the plurality of PPG signals to a 3D energy distribution,

identify an arc-like pattern in the 3D energy distribution, and

control the display to show a message indicating that the physiological detection device is ready when the arc-like pattern is identified.

2. The physiological detection device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the first wavelength is between 500 nm and 550 nm.

3. The physiological detection device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the processing unit is further configured to control the display to show a message indicating that a location of the physiological detection device or an attaching status of the physiological detection device should be changed when the arc-like pattern is not identified.

4. The physiological detection device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the arc-like pattern includes at least one ring formed by energy amplitudes of the 3D energy distribution larger than an energy threshold.

5. The physiological detection device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the processing unit is further configured to control the light source module to irradiate light of a second wavelength, which is longer than the first wavelength, to cause the photosensitive array to detect the outgoing light from a different tissue depth.

6. The physiological detection device as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the second wavelength is between 850 nm and 900 nm or between 590 nm and 620 nm.

7. The physiological detection device as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the processing unit is not configured to identify the arc-like pattern in the 3D energy distribution associated with the light of the second wavelength.

8. The physiological detection device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the processing unit is further configured to control the display to show a message indicating a direction in which the physiological detection device should be moved.

9. A physiological detection device, comprising:

a light source module comprising a plurality of light emitting diodes configured to irradiate light of a first wavelength on a tissue area with different groups of light emitting diodes among the plurality of light emitting diodes;

a photosensitive array configured to detect outgoing light from the tissue area and output a plurality of photoplethysmography (PPG) signals; and

a processing unit configured to

convert the plurality of PPG signals to a 3D energy distribution,

identify an arc-like pattern in the 3D energy distribution obtained from lighting a first group of light emitting diodes, and

control a second group of light emitting diodes to irradiate light when the arc-like pattern is not identified in the 3D energy distribution.

10. The physiological detection device as claimed in claim 9 , wherein the first wavelength is between 500 nm and 550 nm.

11. The physiological detection device as claimed in claim 9 , wherein the arc-like pattern includes at least one ring formed by energy amplitudes of the 3D energy distribution larger than an energy threshold.

12. The physiological detection device as claimed in claim 9 , wherein the processing unit is further configured to control the light source module to irradiate light of a second wavelength, which is longer than the first wavelength, when the arc-like pattern is identified in the 3D energy distribution associated with the first group of light emitting diodes.

13. The physiological detection device as claimed in claim 12 , wherein the second wavelength is between 850 nm and 900 nm or between 590 nm and 620 nm.

14. The physiological detection device as claimed in claim 9 , wherein the processing unit is further configured to change a window of interest in an image frame retrieved by the photosensitive array when the arc-like pattern is not identified in the 3D energy distribution.
