CAMPAIGN MODIFICATION FOR CONTENT ON DEMAND ASSET INSERTION

1 . A system, comprising:

a Content On Demand (COD) asset insertion decision system operable to process a plurality of asset campaigns from a plurality of asset managers, to process information from a remote COD content distributer about COD content selections by a plurality of Customer Premises Equipment (CPEs), to identify and qualify assets of the asset campaigns for insertion in the COD content selections, and to direct the remote COD content distributor to insert the qualified assets into the COD content selections; and

an analytics processor communicatively coupled to the COD asset insertion decision system and operable to collect information about the assets inserted in the COD content selections, to modify the asset campaigns based on the collected information, and to present the modified asset campaigns to the COD asset insertion decision system,

wherein the COD asset insertion decision system is further operable to re-qualify the assets based on the modified asset campaigns.

2 . The system of claim 1 , further comprising:

a campaign manager communicatively coupled to the COD asset insertion decision system and operable to provide the asset campaigns from the asset managers to the COD asset insertion decision system.

3 . The system of claim 1 , wherein:

the COD asset insertion decision system is further operable to process information from another COD content distributer about COD content selections by other CPEs and to identify and qualify the assets for insertion in the COD content selections by the other CPEs.

4 . The system of claim 1 , wherein:

the COD asset insertion decision system is further operable to direct the remote COD content distributor to insert the re-qualified assets into the COD content selections.

5 . A method for Content On Demand (COD) asset insertion, the method comprising:

processing a plurality of asset campaigns from a plurality of asset managers;

processing information from a remote COD content distributer about COD content selections by a plurality of Customer Premises Equipment (CPEs);

identifying and qualifying assets of the asset campaigns for insertion in the COD content selections;

directing the remote COD content distributor to insert the qualified assets into the COD content selections;

collecting information about the assets inserted in the COD content selections;

modifying the asset campaigns based on the collected information;

presenting the modified asset campaigns to the COD asset insertion decision system; and

re-qualifying the assets based on the modified asset campaigns.

6 . The method of claim 5 , further comprising:

providing the asset campaigns from the asset managers to the COD asset insertion decision system.

7 . The method of claim 5 , further comprising:

processing information from another COD content distributer about COD content selections by other CPEs; and

identifying and qualifying the assets for insertion in the COD content selections by the other CPEs.

8 . The method of claim 5 , further comprising:

directing the remote COD content distributor to insert the re-qualified assets into the COD content selections.

9 . A non-transitory computer readable medium comprising instructions that, when executed by a processor, direct the processor to direct Content On Demand (COD) asset insertion, the instructions further directing the processor to:

process a plurality of asset campaigns from a plurality of asset managers;

process information from a remote COD content distributer about COD content selections by a plurality of Customer Premises Equipment (CPEs);

identify and qualify assets of the asset campaigns for insertion in the COD content selections;

direct the remote COD content distributor to insert the qualified assets into the COD content selections;

collect information about the assets inserted in the COD content selections;

modify the asset campaigns based on the collected information;

present the modified asset campaigns to the COD asset insertion decision system; and

re-qualify the assets based on the modified asset campaigns.

10 . The computer readable medium of claim 9 , further comprising instructions that direct the processor to:

provide the asset campaigns from the asset managers to the COD asset insertion decision system.

11 . The computer readable medium of claim 9 , further comprising instructions that direct the processor to:

process information from another COD content distributer about COD content selections by other CPEs; and

identify and qualify the assets for insertion in the COD content selections by the other CPEs.

12 . The computer readable medium of claim 9 , further comprising instructions that direct the processor to:

direct the remote COD content distributor to insert the re-qualified assets into the COD content selections.
