Abstract

Provided is a compound having a formyl peptide receptor like 1 (FPRL1) agonist effect. The present invention relates to a compound represented by the general formula (I) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof. The present invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing the compound represented by the general formula (I) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof.

Claims (95)

1. A method of treating an inflammatory disease, a chronic airway disease, cancer, septicemia, a circulatory disorder, neuroinflammation, a nervous disorder, pain, a prion disease, amyloidosis, an immune disorder, or COPD in a patient in need of treatment comprising administering to the patient a therapeutically effective amount of a compound, or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, wherein said compound is

(−)-1-(4-fluorophenyl)-3-[(3S*,4R*)-4-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-oxopyrrolidin-3-yl]urea,

(−)-1-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-[(3S*,4R*)-4-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-oxopyrrolidin-3-yl]urea,

(−)-1-(3,4-difluorophenyl)-3-[(3S*,4R*)-4-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-oxopyrrolidin-3-yl]urea,

(−)-1-(4-cyanophenyl)-3-[(3S*,4R*)-4-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-oxopyrrolidin-3-yl]urea,

(−)-1-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-[(3S*,4R*)-4-(4-methoxyphenyl)- 1 -methyl-2-oxopyrrolidin-3 -yl]urea,

2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the immune disorder is an allergic symptom or HIV retrovirus infection.

A method of treating an inflammatory disease, a chronic airway disease, cancer, septicemia, a circulatory disorder, neuroinflammation, a nervous disorder, pain, a prion disease, amyloidosis, an immune disorder, or COPD in a patient in need of treatment comprising administering to the patient a therapeutically effective amount of a compound, or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, wherein said compound is
